"This was the worst experience I've had since I started booking through Trip. The hotel didn't honor what was stated in my reservation, and worse, they charged me extra to accommodate my daughter, who was on the reservation, and didn't even prepare the room for her. I complained, and after 2 hours they improvised a sofa bed – a complete absurdity! A hotel of this size shouldn't have this kind of service. My reservation stated "Junior Suite with Garden View," but they put me in the last building with a view of the forest – which is outrageous! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL AND I WILL NEVER BUY ANY MORE ACCOMMODATION PACKAGES THROUGH THIS PLACE. It was regrettable."

Täydellinen sijainti palmupuulla muotoiltu Imbassain ranta; erittäin herkullinen trooppinen aamiainen, jossa on paljon päivittäisiä ravintoja, tarjoillaan päivittäin puutarhassa. Huoneita puhdistaa päivittäin. Rakennukset ovat vaatimaton ja toiminnallinen, mutta lämmin ja aito brasilialainen-tyylinen vieraanvaraisuus on ylellisyys, lahja, matkakokemus nauttia, aarteen ja jakaa, kuten minä! Breakfast is adequate, but it could be presented more attractively (e.g., decorated with flowers at the buffet). The pool area is rather uninviting; it could be improved. The town is quite basic, with few restaurants and more kiosks. It's a shame the beach bar closes at 4:00 PM. The beach bar could be made more inviting…"
