I do not recommend staying here especially on Holiday season. We booked a room that should have been a deluxe type with 1 queen sized bed and yet when we checked in, they downgraded our room without our knowledge and explanation. When I complained to the front desk, they only told me that when people book on the app, what the people would receive is a lower kind of room. They also said that the rooms are fully booked that's why it happened. They did not even apologize for that and no compensation or effort was made. We are so disappointed on what happened.

The place has an industrial look which is quite cozy. It's conveniently located near the main road, with easy access to public transportation, and just a few minutes' walk from SM Iloilo. Although there's no fridge in the room, the staff were very polite and didn't hesitate when we asked if we could use their fridge for our food.

Rustic design of the room looks dirty. Unfinished bed frame. Tiles use for the bathroom is slippery. They should have used non skid tiles. Breakfast choices is limited. Air-conditioning is not working well. They also charged when using iron and hair dryer. With their room rate compared to other hotels, this amenities are free.

I chose this place due to its proximity to the Iloilo museum of contemporary art. I was attending a function there and wanted to stay nearby. The hotel was better than the average budget inn. Room was new-ish. Well maintained. Water pressure was good. Things were clean. I would have scored it higher but they never bothered to clean up my room during my entire 3 night stay. This is a common thing in local hotels but I expected a little more from a regional chain with many branches. I even left the 'please make up room' sign on the door. For the rate I paid, I can't really complain. The breakfast was tasty and fairly priced. It just took 45 minutes because the guy didn't show up. Very unprofessional.
