The hotel was very nice , clean, comfortable, and very helpful staff. Near in everything.

We had a great time

Requested for an extension to check out of just 30 mins but staff didn't allow. Please dont put it on your leaflet if its not applicable.

Satisfied with everything. However, WiFi does not work well and is very inconvenient.

Location is perfect since it’s in the city proper. Breakfast is a bit awkward since it’s in a conference room not in their restaurant, with a round table good for 10pax so you’ll be eating with others in the same table. Pillows are not comfortable but the room is huge and spacious.

The staff are very friendly and attentive they help you out even igs already late.

I like the friendly employees but this Hotel needs very soon MAINTENANCE ! All days 1 elevator (out of total 2…) was out of order. We moved to another room because the shower was not working. In the second room the toilet was constantly running and the shower gave only lukewarm water. But the bed was great, also the breakfast and other what we used in the Restaurant

The key card does not work everytime we go out of the hotel.We need to visit the front desk everytime we go to our room to let the key card work.and the television does not work as well. So inconvenient.

Very good but please check fridge sounds room #606 All good, room good with quiet a/c but tapping sound irritating from fridge in room #606! Breakfast superb, Suzanne really looked after us, lovely food.

The whole crew were just amazing, from the security guards to housekeeping staff, door men and receptionists. I can recommend this hotel.

Nice, not so friendly The hotel/staff did not want to give more than 2 towels per day for a room that can sleep 4. They would not leave washcloths and most of the time they did not replensh the coffee. To make matters worse, they would only let 2 people eat breakfast for free, the other 2 had to pay for a breakfast that is supposed to be included.
