Hotel Terrace Beach Resort All Inclusive

Zu allerst muss ich sagen, dass wir aufgrund von einer Empfehlung zum ersten Mal dieses Hotel besucht haben. Wir wollen zuerst die positiven Aspekte erwähnen: - das Hotelpersonal/Servicepersonal: Es hat sich immer bemüht und versucht gute bzw. sehr gute Leistungen zu bringen in jeglicher Hinsicht (Servieren, Check-In Bögen Ausdrucken für den Rückflug etc.) - eine Vielzahl an Speisen und Nachspeisen - einen großen Pool - das Animationsteam das sehr viel Engagement hatte um die Leute zu animieren :) - das Wetter, welches sehr konstant war. Die negativen Erfahrungen überwiegen jedoch: - das harte Bett, welches einen gesunden Schlaf unmöglich macht und man sich jeden Knochen im Rücken bricht (was vllt sogar eine Marketingstrategie war, für das Personal, dass vergeblich versucht hat irgendwelche Massagen anzubieten und die Leute abzuschnorcheln)- Ausserdem nur einer Decke für 2 Leute auf einem Singlebett dass total durchgelegen war - das Zimmer war viel zu klein, die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert - die meisten Speisen waren ungenießbar und haben zu Durchfall und Magenerkrankungen geführt (Plastestücken im Kuchen (jammi jam) oder Papierrester im servierten Bierglas) - die Strandliegen/Poolliegen musste man spätestens früh um 7 reserviert haben, sonst hat man keine mehr bekommen - der Belag der Poollandschaft wo man leicht Verletzungen davon tragen kann (selbst gesehen wie ein älterer Mann gestürzt ist und sich Arm und Bein gebrochen hat!) - der Rettungsschwimmer, der lieber allerhand Tabakwaren hinter den Wasserrutschen konsumiert hat, anstatt aufzupassen - Am Strand wurde man ständig angebettelt, dass man was kaufen sollte - assoziale Urlauber, die Eis essen während Sie in den Pool steigen - lautes Gegröle bis spät in die Nacht von besoffenen Urlaubern zur hotelinternen Musik, wo man meinen könnte, man wäre am Ballernmann oder bei einem internationalen Freibiersaufen und es könnte ewig so fortgeführt werden... Zum Faszit hin, würden wir meinen, dass dieses Hotel maximal 3 Sterne hat und wir dieses Hotel wahrscheinlich nicht wieder besuchen werden.

11 Eylül tarihinden itibaren 7 gün otelde konakladık. Otele giriş Alpay Beyin nazik ve hoş karşılamasıyla başladı. Oteldeki tüm çalışanlar ,Efe beyin yönetimindeki garsonundan, plaj görevlisine , temizlik görevlisinden , bahçıvanına , teknik servis çalışanlarına kadar istisnasız hepsi nazik, güler yüzlü ve çalışkan. Yemekler bol, lezzetli ve çeşitli. Her öğünde tavuk, balık ve et bir arada , şef yardımcısı ve şef de (isimlerini hatırlayamadığım) her zaman güler yüzüyle yemekhanede. Denizi kum ve sığ sadece son 2 gün dalgalıydı. Tüm birim müdürleri otelde aktif bir şekilde geziyor. En önemlisi Türk ve yabancı ayrımı yok:) Özetle, Terrace beach otel tatilinden çok memnun kaldık . Herkese merhabalar. Biz 4 kişilik aile olarak 5-9 temmuz 2024 aralığında deniz manzaralı aile odasında konakladık. Otelin alanına ilk girişte bile bizleri çok güzel bir şekilde karşıladılar. Otele yetişir yetişmez odaya yerleştik. Odalar son derece temiz, her gün temizlik ve havlu değişimi yapılıyor. Mini bar her gün yenileniyor. Resimdeki oda neyse gerçekte de öyleydi. Yemeklerde inanılmaz derecede çok çeşit ve lezzet var. Herşey nasıl servis edilmesi gerekiyorsa o şekildeydi. Sıcak olması gerekenler ***et sıcak, soğuk olması gerekenler oldukça soğuk. Hem öğlen hem de akşam yemeklerinde ızgara tavuk, et ve balık olması çok hoşuma gitti. Yemeklerde bayat, kokan hiçbir şeye denk gelmedik. Restaurant ekibi ve hizmetleri harikaydı. Peki diyeceksiniz ki bunca güzel şeyin yanında size göre hiç mi olumsuz birşey yoktu? Olumsuz demeyelim de eksik bazı şeyler vardı tabi ki. Mesela animasyon ekibi iyi olmasına rağmen, animasyon programları çok zayıftı. Oteldeki müşterilerin %80'i alman, %15'i diğer ülkeler, %5'i de türklerden oluşuyordu. 3 farklı dilde anonslar yapılsa da ağırlık almancaydı. Bir de havuz başında şezlong ve şemsiye problemi vardı. Havuzun başında 80-100 civarı şezlong var, etrafında da 100 civarı şezlong var. Sahilde problem yok. İnsanlar sabahın 4-5'inde şezlong -şemsiye kapma yarışına giriyorlar. Aslında bu problemin nedeni, insanların tüm gün için hem havuzun hem de denizin kenarında kendilerine yer ayırmasıydı. Ben şahsen bir çözüm önerisinde de bulundum. İnşallah dikkate alırlarsa probleme kısmen bir çözüm üretilebilecektir. Çıkışta Alpay Bey ile görüşüp tüm bu yorumlarımı kendisiyle paylaştım. Oldukça pozitif, çözüm odaklı, güler yüzlü bir kişidir. Çıkışta sohbet de ettik. Kısacası, burada 4,5/5 yıldız verilmiş. Bence tam da hakkı bu.

We went to this hotel on a family holiday to Turkey. Booked via TUI. The hotel is definitely worthy of 5 stars. Food: was amazing. They have different themed nights such as Mexican and a Gala Turkish night, serving freshly cooked chicken kebabs and fish. There is a huge selection of food on a daily basis. This is NOT one of those All Inclusive hotels that serves you only cold sliced meat and eggs. Much of the food is cooked in full view, so you can see how it is prepared. Lunch is served via the pool restaurant and has a great selection also. There is always something which children will be okay eating. Selection of drinks at the bar is excellent and you can have any cocktail made that you want. Free ice cream is also available for the children for around 5 hours a day. Pool: the pool is great and plenty of sun beds to sit on. You do have to get up early if you want a sun bed in the shade but if you are a sun lover there are always ones available in the sun. The slides are much better than they appear on the pictures and kept my 9,12 and 14 year old happy for hours. The pool area is very clean and there are cabana type huts you can rent for the day for around 45 Euros. A little bit of luxury where you can have your drinks and food brought to you by your own waiter! Well worth it for one or two days. Beach: The private beach is great with a shuttle service from the hotel which is very regular as it is only 2-3mins ride away. It is a nice sandy beach. There is plenty of shade and you can still access a buffet lunch as part of the all inclusive package plus a smaller range of soft drinks and alcohol (No cocktails) Entertainment.: The entertainment is also very good, with something different on every night. They do the usual mini disco stuff but then they have amazing outside acts that come into perform. Children’s club is also amazing. If there wasn’t so many places in the world to visit, we would definitely go back.

I have travelled all over Turkey for the past 20 years and love the country and the people but I have never stayed anywhere quite like this. I did not even feel as if I was even in Turkey enjoying the Turkish culture or hospitality, it was as if I had gone to Germany which in its self isn’t a bad country but if I had wanted to go there I would have booked there. EVERYTHING was aimed at German speaking travellers – signs, entertainment etc, I would say 98% of the staff could only speak German and it was there 1st interaction with you, I would have at least expected staff to speak to guests in Turkish in the 1st instance as it was supposed to be a multinational hotel. A 5* hotel this is not, at best & being generous I would give it a 3*. Towels in the rooms not being changed on a regular basis and dirty towels being folded and hung back up. Numerous amount of time I had to go to change them myself off of the maids trollies. The food in the hotel had no flavour and was mainly over cooked so we ate out most of the time, on the rare occasion we ate in the restaurant we had to wait long times for a table and when we did get one we had to obtain our own cutlery & waiters very disinterested in taking any drinks requests. Definitely not what I would expect from a 5* hotel. The restaurants in the area are all over priced and we had paid more than we do for a eating out in London, I wouldn’t have minded so much if the food was fantastic but there was only a couple of places we hadn’t sent food back as it was either off or didn’t taste of anything. I would recommend other regions of Turkey to visit - Marmaris, Izmir, Cappadocia, Istanbul, Fethiye & Oludeniz to name but a few. I will never be returning to Hotel Terrace Beach Resort in Antalya-Side, even if it was free.

I stayed at the terrace beach hotel, all inclusive for 14nights.. 9 of us for week 1 then 6 of us for week 2! If your an English visitor looking at staying here i would STRONGLY urge you to reconsider! The staff do not speak English and those that do, speak the bare bare minimum. German is there go too language as the hotel caters for what it seems to be mainly German tourists. The staff can come across so rude when trying to communicate with them as they don’t understand you and you dont understand them. The other tourists here are extremely rude they seem to think they have some kind of superiority, the way they look at you when your walking around the hotel, or trying to get up in a lift. ( i was waiting for the lift with my son in the buggy and some people came and basically stood infront of me to get in the lift as if i was invisible) they lack any consideration or manners and when you pull them up on it they act as if they don’t understand, and this seems to be 95% of the people staying here. Nobody trys to mingle or even smile at you unless your German too. All the childrens entertainment is in German they speak to the audience in German first and then they reiterate it in English but its mainly aimed at them, my nearly 3 year old loves all the dancing and entertainment you would normally get but as he didn’t have a clue (besides baby shark) found it all extremely boring and would rather go play in the park ( which also isn’t lit in the evening so be prepared to play in darkness). As for this you don’t get that welcoming Turkish vibe, they dont make you feel very welcomed or inclusive when your around the hotel. ( i have been going to Turkey all my life and haven’t had an experience quite like it! this is my first time to this part and will probably be my last!) Its the same outside the hotel too. The restaurant staff aren’t very attentive, there is no order in there at all, nobody greets you to enter or seats you, its a free for all and if you find a seat dont expect it to be laid and ready, i lost count the amount of times i asked for a table of 6/9 to be shrugged off or told to come back later, if i did find a table i had to get my own cutlery or napkins and baby seat even though there are many staff members walking around that can see what it is your trying to do. As it claims to be a 5 star hotel you would expect better food, they have themed nights and it all looks amazing but doesn’t taste particularly of anything, even the authentic turkish dishes they provide are nothing like they should be. The drinks aren’t great either, there selection is minimal ( and always tends to taste flat, and the fruit juice tastes far to sweet and artificial) it doesn’t include cocktails or spirits other than the local watered down rubbish! The rooms are very small (standard room) and as we had two beds put together one mattress was ok the other was like sleeping on a rock it was so uncomfortable. **Review voor Terrace Elite Resort Hotel** Ik had hoge verwachtingen van het Terrace Elite Resort Hotel, maar helaas werd mijn verblijf een grote teleurstelling. Er zijn een aantal punten die ik wil belichten, zodat anderen zich bewust zijn voordat ze hier boeken: 1. **Restaurant**: In tegenstelling tot wat wordt geadverteerd, zijn er geen drie restaurants beschikbaar. Er is maar één restaurant en hier staan lange rijen, wat het moeilijk maakt om te genieten van een ontspannen maaltijd. 2. **Gezondheidsproblemen**: Mijn 5-jarige kind heeft tijdens ons verblijf tweemaal een oorontsteking en buikgriep opgelopen. Dit roept ernstige vragen op over de hygiëne en veiligheid in het hotel. 3. **Hygiëne**: De algemene hygiëne in het hotel is onder de maat. De kamers en openbare ruimtes waren niet goed schoongemaakt, wat een onaangename ervaring opleverde. 4. **Eten**: Het eten in het hotel was ver onder de verwachtingen. De maaltijden waren niet alleen van slechte kwaliteit, maar ook eentonig. Dag in, dag uit werd er hetzelfde geserveerd, wat voor weinig variatie zorgde. 5. **Onvriendelijk personeel**: Het personeel was over het algemeen onvriendelijk en leek geen interesse te hebben in de gasten. Het viel ons op dat gasten van de eigen nationaliteit wel goed behandeld werden, wat een gevoel van discriminatie gaf. 6. **Misleidende beoordelingen**: Het hotel scoort een 8.0 op websites zoals Cor*****, maar dit cijfer lijkt niet te kloppen. Ik heb sterk het vermoeden dat negatieve reviews worden gefilterd of verwijderd. Het is dus moeilijk om op de betrouwbaarheid van deze beoordelingen te vertrouwen. **Conclusie**: Ik raad het Terrace Elite Resort Hotel absoluut niet aan. Er zijn betere opties beschikbaar waar je voor hetzelfde geld een aangenamere en veiligere ervaring kunt hebben. Dit hotel heeft op veel vlakken gefaald en is geen 8.0 waard.

Hotel très bien surtout l’animation au top et toute les animations parle français super bien et DJ coco au top continue comme ça ambiance au top. La musique, mini disco très bien le manger est très bon c’est beau propre et l’équipe et très bien

Super Animationsteam, engagiert zuvorkommend und nicht aufdringlich. Immer gute Laune und viel power. Das Essen ist super und abwechslungsreich. Pools und Aussenbereich immer sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Hoteleigene Strand ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen und mit dem Shuttle schnell erreicht
