Blue Sapphire Hotel

Hotel abbastanza lontano dal centro ma vicinissimo alla stazione sereno kings dalla quale si può arrivare ovunque. Personale molto attento e disponibile. La stanza era ordinata e pulita al mio arrivo e anche il servizio di pulizia è efficiente.

We stayed for few nights. It was amazing staying there according to location and price. If you have true experience staying in a hotel in EAST LONDON, you can understand how affordable,comfortable, and clean they have prepared for the customers' comfortable stay. I really appreciate staying there.

Found this place last minute and all I can say is, it is such a great budget friendly hotel with amenities all around the place, as well as a very very short walk to the station (Elizabeth Line) which takes you straight to Central in less than 30 minutes. The man checking me in at front desk was very kind & offered a nice discount from my total as I initially had some issues with booking confirmation on my side. The overall stay was super comfortable, room was clean and I felt very safe staying alone. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for something affordable + quiet place for short stays in London.

WHAT I DID LIKE : Yes this hotel was very clean. Cleaning very efficient when I needed my room cleaning in the morning etc.. Room was small but I was a solo traveller and it was adequate for my needs. When the toilet in my room was blocked after my first night there this was fixed and seen to quickly, and efficiently with very little fuss. WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE: Breakfast was included with my room booking but I found this HUGHLY disappointing. Very stingy, with very little choice or options. When I went down for breakfast the first morning there was just a few beans, a few hash browns (which I don't like anyway) and also the sausages didn't look fully cooked. So I decided to have some cereal but the milk was warm for the cornflakes. For this reason, for the rest of my stay here I went to the Irish bar McCafferey's down the road for a proper cooked breakfast in the mornings which was lovely. Also, this place is 'supposed' to have a 24 hour reception, hence why you are not given a key to the main front door. However on TWO occasions while I was there they had a sign left at the front desk to say "WE'LL BE BACK SOON!" "Our front desk staff have stepped for a few minutes and will return shortly." And a telephone number underneath for immediate attention. The first time this happened was one morning as I was about to head out, thankfully one of the cleaners was present and I handed my room key to her for room cleaning. The second time was at 12:30AM in the morning when I just wanted to get in, get to my bed, and get some sleep zzzz... But I was left waiting outside.... This was TOTALLY UNACCETABLE.... Why not just give guests a key to the main front door then, so that they can at least let themselves in at that time and get to bed, if reception staff are then just gonna decide to go walkabout for goodness sake!!!

Buen hotel en el extrarradio de Londres pero con estación de metro a 100 metros y a 30 minutos del centro de Londres. El edificio debía ser antiguamente un banco porque tiene el hueco en la fachada tapado de un antiguo cajero automático. Hace esquina con la calle principal de un barrio hindú y un callejón un tanto oscuro. Aún así la zona no da sensación de inseguridad ni siquiera a la noche. Las instalaciones son bastante nuevas y tiene recepción las 24 horas. El personal solo habla inglés y fueron comprensivos con un problema de efectivo a la hora de la entrada. Acordamos que el pago sería en efectivo pero tuvimos problemas con los tres cajeros automáticos cercanos al hotel, por lo que nos permitieron guardar las maletas en una de las tres habitaciones reservadas (a eso de las 11 de la mañana cuando el check-in era a las 14), ir al centro para nuestras visitas programadas y ya abonar a la noche el pago. Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas pero debe ser lo normal en Londres (no he visto más). El baño según cada habitación tiene la ducha más grande o más pequeña y tiene un toallero eléctrico (el nuestro en concreto no funcionaba pero no nos importó ya que llevábamos un calefactor enchufable). La habitación tiene climatizador individual que funciona correctamente. El desayuno es en el sótano y tiene productos calientes (una especie de fritata, huevo revuelto, salchichas y alubias inglesas) y fríos (queso, bollería, yogures, té, pan de molde con tostadora...). Además tras comentar una intolerancia a la lactosa se encargaron de traer el día siguiente leche de soja para esa persona. Cerca hay un montón de restaurantes, KFC, Subway, MC y un pub con servicio de cocina. El hotel estaba limpio y si no entregas las llaves de la habitación a la mañana y pides la limpieza, no la realizan. El wifi funcionaba bien tanto en velocidad como en extensión y el último día que salíamos más tarde nos permitieron dejar las maletas en recepción vigiladas hasta la hora de recogida. Como cosas raras que vimos, en el sótano del desayuno NO había microondas para calentar la leche (nos la calentaba la empleada en la cocina) y tampoco había cacao (sí café y té). Y como único punto negativo las ventanas no aíslan el ruido casi nada, por lo que al estar en la calle principal molestaba un poco el ruido nocturno. Sin duda si tuviéramos que volver a Londres contaríamos con este hotel.

I stayed just one night in London and was travelling on my own. i found the Blue Sapphire excellent value for money and nice friendly staff. The single room was quite small, but adequate for one night. It was spotlessly clean as was the en suite bathroom. Again this was quite small, but everything you would need including toiletries and a great shower. Breakfast in the morning consisted of cooked or cold food, hot and cold drinks, served in the basement room, with a flat screen tv on the wall showing morning news. Thie hotel is unbeatable at the price for a good nights sleep, and convenient location.
