Apartments on the Eighteenth at Prince's Grant Golf Estate arvostelua

I’m giving this place a poor review because of the bad service we received from the lady who handled our booking. We were not given the right amount of access codes to enter the property despite submitting all the required information therefore some of us were stuck at the gate for over an hour. We had booked 2 apartments and one of them was not properly prepared for our arrival, we asked for single beds but there were double beds, the white bed linen was very dirty, there were stains everywhere. The white towels were yellow/brown. Very disappointing for such an amazing property in a very nice location.

Apartment was beautiful ,had everything one needed for a self catering unit.The view was also breathtaking.The host was very welcoming and always on call if one needed assistance

Serene location with a variety of wildlife surrounding the estate. Our unit was beautiful and the stay exceeded our expectations. Our unit was located directly across the pool and tennis court. There were lots of activities to engage in like, swimming, tennis, sightseeing, golf, visiting the private beach and canoeing. The only challenge we experienced was loadshedding. Lights were off for nearly 24 hours. The estate had no control over this which was understandable. We were just unlucky that weekend. We had to leave the estate to get food as Mr D did it cover the area for delivery. This was also an inconvenience. Other than that, our stay was delightful and memorable. I will definitely go back again.

My stay was lovely very accommodating hosts . The place was clean and very beautiful. A little noisy in the morning due to birds on the room but besides that everything was perfect thank you so much .

Lovely secluded place with private beaches and great golf course. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. It’s a great place for kids with everything you need within the estate and we would go back

Stunning location, all facilities clean and easy to access and make use of. Thoroughly enjoyable. Would recommend for family, business and / or couples retreats. Plenty to do and see. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.

The place is really nice amazing apartment/flat. The only crticism i would have is that when we arrived the place smelled horrible, like a window had not been opened in there for months very musty smell. took about an hour with all the doors and windows open before we could comfortabley sit inside.
