Hotel was clean and nice staff but they need to shut down their restaurant if they can’t handle operations properly. I was debited three times on my bank app after I had paid with another one and it is taking GrandVenice forever to refund my money. No response to my emails and each time I call, I am told to call back. I’m very displeased with this service and I won’t be staying there when next I’m in Nigeria. Every other thing was fine, great service from James and the other lady at the reception who wears glasses. The rest need more training on hospitality and customer service.
Still waiting for my money btw.
