Eterno Camellia and Elettaria

Positives: I went there with my family stayed here for 2 days rooms was luxurious and out side of the room all three sides tea garden and the swimming pool location was like heaven ot was tood good surrounded with full of tea and spices plantation. In the morning we saw sunrise and clouds from our window and balcony. Negatives: 1)It is too far from munnar and other site seeing places to come and go it will take easily an hour 2) The restaurant was too small and the breakfast buffet was too horrible all waiting for food and it was not at all tasty. Even they don't have tables to sit and eat 3) The location and site seeing was good but if you walk one to another swimming pool or restaurant u will surely get knee pain because it was steep lands

Even if it means one has to camp out in the forest, it would be better than staying at this resort. While the location and the staff were the only positive things going, the rest of it is utter negligence and mismanagement. The breakfast was something we never looked forward to as the food was served with no care and looked unappetizing. The seating area was shabby and cramped with frayed table linen and no sign of decent cutlery even. The rooms we stayed in were just okay and had a great valley view, but nothing to take home. There is so much potential for improvement that it is hard to list where to start. Poorly manicured gardens and plants is one area to look into. Felt like it was a total rip-off. Would never recommend this resort to anyone unless these really pull up their socks or they’ll have to close shop.

One of the best places to visit. Calmly located in the middle of jungle. The best place to find peace! Out of the world hospitality and very humble staff. They stay on toes to keep you at leisure. Extremely genuine people. Special shoutout to - Preeti (Reservations Team), Jithin (Reception Team) are the people to reach out to in case of any concerns.

Best place to spend time with family.... beautiful atmosphere, customer friendly service, friendly staff . Situated near the Kashmir of Kerala makes this place more elegant.Best place to spend our summer holidays with friends,family and relatives as well

Gorgeous villa and cottage style rooms, set in breathtaking views of the hills and valley. Sitting in the deck of the rooms, one can enjoy ever-changing lights and colours of the hills, and heavenly mists. As the locale is forested rather than tea meadows, one can enjoy a symphony of bird calls, songs and chirping from early morn till dusk. On the downside is an incredibly horrible restaurant and food. Nothing is good. Not even a cup of coffee. No option to go out and dine as the place is far deep into the hills and forest. The worst food I have had in my life. The rooms are splendidly and tastefully designed. However, they need to be maintained better. You can expect curtains hanging from torn curtain hooks, latches that don't work and problematic TV channels. The staff are excellent in their care and always smile, no matter how tough the job and expectations. Room service with a smile even in pouring rain. If you don't care about food at all, this is paradise on earth!

Location of the hotel is very good. The food quality of the food is all so very good. The all staff are very friendly. There Ampiyance and property is very good. Room service and clearness is good. Team work is excellent. Ayurveda spa treatment and staff courtesy is good.
