Diva Hotel

Booked as a last minite holiday as the one we normally go to was fully booked. First arrived and payed for aircon, went to the room and aircon was not working. Told the reception the next day and was told they have new ones to fit that would take 3 days to do!!! I then said I couldn't wait that long in a room that was 40+ degrees, the man then told me to came back in the morning and speak to the woman in charge. The next day I went down and the lovely lady changed us rooms to a suite. It was huge and the most important we has working aircon!! The pool is quite deep so not so good for children and the sunbeds and the pool area is disgusting so dirty! We ended up going to a different hotel for two weeks through the day to use there facilities instead. Beds and towels were not changed in two weeks! Absolutely disgusting! Then to top it off I got money stolen out of my purse on the last day! The cleaner was waiting outside our room and went straight in , by the time I realised I left my purse upstairs and went to get it money had been took out (luckily I checked in the morning so I knew how much I had) told reception and nothing was done about it. The only good thing to say is the staff are friendly. Would avoid here not worth the hassle , would not go back

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Diva and I can't understand some of the negative reviews. Yes the rooms are a bit dated but the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff more than compensate for this. The air-con works wonderfully (it was 40° outside most of the time) and the shower was always hot and ridiculously powerful. Never had a problem with neighbouring bars being too rowdy and we are usually in bed by 11pm. Many Thanks to the wonderful reception staff and the amazing boys in the bar. See you all next year.

First time here and must say we had a fantastic time, Debbie and the rest of the staff were great,rooms are of a good size we were given the family room so a bit of a upgrade a decent size pool is at the side of the hotel,bedding/towels changed regularly basis as was the room breakfast is served in the restaurant next to the hotel,the bar at night is a great place to sit in comfort, this hotel is in the centre of resort just off dolphin square 2 minutes away from the beach plenty of restaurants/bars and shops near by, we enjoyed it so much we've already booked for next year.

Very disappointed with the hotel, bedding and towels not changed for the whole two weeks I was there. Pool was really cold even though the sun was on it. Barmen very pushy drinks were ok. Breakfast was shocking and if you want water you pay for it and if you want a second cup of tea or coffee you pay for it The waiter calls it a Turkish Breakfast but what you get is a boiled egg, 4 slices of tomato and 4 slices of cucumber small slice of cheese and 6 black olives, one butter one honey and one jam and bread. Icmeler did not disappoint it was as beautiful as it always is, friendly and definitely my happy place.

При обмене долларов на лиры менеджер отеля дал сдачу недействительной долларовый купюрой старого образца, вышедшей из обращения. К сожалению, выяснила это только при следующем обмене в другом городе. Когда в обменнике мне разъяснили почему не могут принять купюру. Разочарование

Had a fantastic stay at Diva. Not where we had originally booked but it was an error that worked in our favour. All the staff were amazing. The rooms are small but housekeeping came in everyday and are lovely and clean. We found it great value for the cost. We had a room on main road facing bar’s opposite… friends etc and had no complaints about noise. We had a lovely stay at Diva so much so that we have already booked to go back next year!
