Good food, located at the beach of bay, far from city center-20min walking, not very clean, 35 euro taxi to the airport, a few small minimarkets and souvenir shop nearby. Noice from the corridor and neighboring rooms and road, difficult to sleep normally.

Not far from the town center， good food. Nice service. I will come again.

Muy buena ubicacion con muy buenas vistas, el todo incluido genial, esperabamos menos opciones pero nos sorprendió gratamente. El bufet la comida estaba buena aunque oensabamos que habria un poco mas de variedad pero aun así genial.

Good place to stay. Breakfast was really good with a lot of variety. Swimming pool is awesome!

Por la manana mucho ruido al retirar la basura.

Hotel con buena ubicación, pero con carencias importantes. La limpieza de las instalaciones y de la vajilla hay que mejorarlas: encuentras restos de comida en los platos y en los cubiertos. Maquinas de café que no funcionan de repente. Ascensor estropeado durante varios días. Colas en la cafetería porque los del todo incluido están repitiendo consumiciones. Habitación con las paredes salpicadas (espero que de coca-cola) Solamente se puede destacar su ubicación y que la comida, aunque no con mucha variedad, está buena de sabor... Tienen que ponerse las pilas ya.

Buenos días me llamo Herminia y mando este comentario desde Asturias . La ubicación me pareció buena, Como hotel de tres estrellas suficiente aunque con algunas lagunas ( en el comedor falta comida básica pescado y carne a la plancha sin salsas siempre tiene que haber ). El vino y la cerveza hay que servirla en cristal y no plástico. Estar más pendiente del mantenimiento y limpieza de habitaciones, tener una ducha adicional para la gente que se va del hotel a medio día o tarde puesto que hay que dejar la habitación a las12:00 Decir del personal muy bueno tanto comedor cómo bar como recepción nos informaron y nos ayudaron en todo . EL personal de animación entregados y preocupados de que el cliente lo pase bien ( encantadores) Como restauradora que soy creo que al personal le falta medios y se encuentran un poco impotente Un saludo

Went at the start of October with my partner and two children, aged 6 months and 2. We were first in Mar Almantis II. We didn't have an issue with the room but were placed on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately the lifts are tiny and we couldn't fit our buggy in. We stayed one night and we're moved to building one in a ground floor room. We had no issues apart from the door lock breaking but this was fixed quickly. The restaraunt gets busy and depending on the time you go there is sometimes a queue though moves quickly. Food and drinks for a 3 star all inclusive were great. We used the pool in II as our daughter preferred it and it seemed to get the sun more than I, though I had a nicer view. Pools were cold as you go in but you soon warm up. Sunbeds were always available and you were not fighting for it as you do in other hotels. We were worried about the hotel before our stay as we had read bad reviews but overall we thought it was great and would go again. Staff were always helpful and location great, 40 minutes walk to San Antonio or you can hop on the water taxi at the side of the hotel for 5 Euros and free for children. The only thing I think could be better was entertainment as it didn't start till 9 and would have been good to maybe have a kids disco for an hour before as there were lots of families at this time of year. Other than that we would recommend.

Had a fab week the first week in October. For what we paid we were very happy. Yes the rooms are dated in the 2nd building but very clean. Food / there was always something to select from. Some nights better than others. Lunches were the best and breakfast fine. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and would go back.

The food was cold Two of the staff were having a disagreement in front of my self and another guest which stopped us from being served Most of the food was the same. Some guests were very loud shouting and arguing also banging on each others doors this happened on several occasions very early hours Considering they have CCTV and a security guard who done nothing Sometime during my holiday I had pouches of tobacco stolen from my case and money stolen from my room I never reported This as I couldn’t prove it Apart from this we had a brilliant holiday
