loved this hotel, also visited some of their other hotels for the day, free of charge, so stunning and clean, only issue was there was a bit of confusion around that fact i had paid for the breakfast buffet and they tried to tell me for two days I hadn’t , in the end they confirmed I had pre-paid and let me get breakfast, no vegan option for breakfast either

Hotel- very small but beautiful looking Well maintained decor wise. Very picturesque. Very well executed as an art deco, bright funky hotel. Loved it. Great parking facilities for free. Rooms are spacious enough. Better for a two person stay than three. The Hotel were kind enough to give us adjacent rooms which we appreciated very much. (Thank you) Cleaning- Excellent Staff who go round to keep the hotel clean, even washing our dishes in the sink. Very nice and efficient. Clean towels everyday Beds made everyday Trustworthy - nothing touched or missing from our rooms However, unfortunately at the moment the hotel has a DRAIN FLY infestation. I do think they are trying to manage this as I saw an exterminator but it is very off putting when you want to lay on the sun beds and they are covered in drain flies. The love heart shaped flies - (Drain flies are extremely hard to get rid of but the hotel does have a problem with them.) hopefully they can get this sorted because it’s just everywhere. Hotel bar- Fairly expensive for a hotel bar, should be cheaper because maybe we would have spent more money there if this was the case. If cocktails and drink were less, we would have spend way more money at the bar. £15-20 cocktail is average but if your staying there it would be nice to get maybe two for one or a happy hour. Outdoor pool- Doesn’t get much sun due to the other buildings surrounding it. Pool is cold, not heated. Most of the staff are lovely, only one lady in on reception had an attitude on our last day but there is always one. The Nighttime staff were lovely especially the black guy. Location: super closer to the beach, loved that it was a 3min walk away. Some Clubs are 6-7mins walk but San Antonio is a good 30mins away. Ibiza is ok, lots of dance music, very very expensive island, not much r’n’b or funky house, or current chart music. Quite electronic and some reggaeton. Hard to find something for all. -Very good pizza place near by to the hotel. - beach is beautiful - felt safe enough -Burger King close Overall, hotel was nice, great staff, poor sunlight due to surrounding buildings, very clean and great location

Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone considering it. It is a little higher in price but it’s cool, clean, quiet(!), the staff are all super helpful and the location is perfect. We went as a group of 5 (25-40) and would all stay here again when we return. The room was clean and cool and the facilities were ideal. It was a 10min walk to Ushuaia and Hi and a 20min wander up to skinny kitchen/old town area Plenty of places nearby for breakfast/brunch/drinks/water and late night eats. One thing I’d mention as a heads up for ladies is to be conscious of their bags when out and about - possibly opting for crossbody where possible. At no other point did we feel unsafe, but we did witness a guy on a moped steal a ladies shoulder bag on the way to Ushuaia as he was passing, so an opportunist, but It made us mindful of where we carried our bags after that, that’s all.
