Lo hemos pasado muy bien, habitación muy confortable, desayuno buenísimo en todos los aspectos, no había mucho ambiente en la piscina y en el hotel en general. El personal súper amable, quisiera hacer una mención especial a una chica que trabaja en el bar cerca de recepción que es encantadora, su nombre es Eva. Gracias por todo

This hotel is amazing. The staff are so friendly especially Francesco Castagna, for whom nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in a junior suite which was a very large room and bathroom. The pool area is wonderful with the best sun loungers I have ever lay on, so comfy. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the town. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and the rooms were cleaned very well each day. The breakfast was delicious with so much choice. My only criticisms would be that the food and drinks at the bars are quite expensive. Also in the room it could have done with a privacy blind/smoked glass in between the room and the bathroom. It has a partial blind but not all around the bathroom which could be a bit awkward if sharing with friends. I will definitely return to this hotel and would highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful stay here. Beautiful, spacious room in the junior suite. The buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent. We came here with our 6 month old and there were lots of options for him to eat too which was brilliant. Eva Lopez our beautiful cocktail maker in the lobby bar really made our stay. So friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you so much, will definitely be back

Nous avions choisi une suite en demi pension dernier étage avec terrasse ( chambres les plus chères ) avec accès au SPa de l’hôtel résultats = Médiocre , chambre sale, meubles vieux dégradés, salle de bain avec bain à remous et douchette qui ne fonctionne pas, douche qui fuit, pas de miroir grossissant, baignoire Spa à l’étage très sale et dégradée . Restauration en buffet qualité médiocre, insipide et sans aucun intérêt gustatif. Spa de l’hôtel = la plus part du matériel ne fonctionne pas . Bref très déçus nous ne reviendrons pas !!!

We return to this hotel time and time again and each time it gets better. It has become like a 2nd home to us and is a place of comfort and relaxation. We never want to leave and often end up extending our staff. The management and staff are excellent. They have always treated us exceptionally and are always so kind, generous and helpful. Eva who works at the inside bar and Lui who works at the pool bar, deserve a particular mention as they are exceptional staff who are an asset to the hotel. Eva arranged an absolutely fantastic room for us at an exceptional price and Lui is always so kind, friendly and generous. All members of staff however, cant do enough for you. All are gracious, helpful and polite. Breakfast is outstanding. There is an incredible selection which is immaculately presented. All areas of the hotel are exceptionally clean at all times. I have never entered a toilet/ common area which is not spotless. The rooms are also beautiful and of a great size. We are treated extremely well and often get bottles of champagne and treats sent to our room which is so so kind. We love it! There is a reason so many people we have met come back to Insotel Fenicia! Thank you for a fantastic stay as always! Luke, Steph and Meilana xxx See you again soon!

This was our second visit to the Fenicia having stayed the previous summer and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here again, so much so we are booked to return again this August. We are lucky to enjoy a number of holidays a year to different locations, always staying in 5* properties, but we keep returning to Ibiza and this hotel. We are family of 7 with 2 adults and 5 older teenagers (aged between 14 and 18 when we visited in August). To us the hotel offers everything we want and does it well. The location is great, in a quiet area but close enough to everything to be able to walk out the hotel to the beaches, bars and restaurants. We always have a car so the free parking opposite the hotel is great. The breakfast is fab. We generally go half board just because it’s often the only package offered by our agent, however we don’t tend to eat in the evening buffet that much as we prefer to eat out a la carte in an evening rather than buffet style, having said that from the few visits we made the offering and standard of the evening buffet is good. If we’re having a day around the pool we often use the pool bar for drinks and snacks. I know people feel it is expensive, but for us it is what it is and the quality is always good. This visit we had four Junior Suites and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. They also were able to allocate us rooms together which was great. We love the pool at the Fenicia and the new sunbed toppers around the pool are lovely and comfortable. The pool attendant works so hard all day, helping people get beds, helping with umbrellas and giving out towels, as well as keeping everyone safe in the pool and administering first aid for any little accidents! If you want evening entertainment this probably isn’t the hotel for you but again the bar in the reception area is perfect for us, for a drink before we go out or when we get back of an evening before bed. Eva Lopas in the reception bar is a delight and so helpful, making lovely cocktails, even those not on the menu. All the staff at the hotel are excellent and offer a very high standard of service. What I think is testament to the hotel is the number of staff who clearly work there every year, from reception, to housekeeping, to the bars and restaurants, there were so many familiar faces who also remembered us, it felt like returning home. Can’t wait for our next visit this August and look forward to seeing the changes made to the hotel over the winter.
