We stayed for 5 nights in September 2024. On Saturday 14th September we ordered some drinks at the pool, the waitress asked for our room number which was fine. After a couple of drinks (3 in total) I asked for the bill and paid in cash. Unfortunately I didn’t ask for a receipt. The drinks were 32 euros, I handed over €35 and thought nothing more of it. Then upon checkout we were told that we had drinks of 32 euros to pay from Saturday 14th. I tried to explain that we paid cash at the time and the receptionist stated that we hadn’t paid for them because their system said so. We had a flight to catch so we paid the amount. A pretty sour end to the holiday. (Just to confirm this was the only drinks we had at the hotel this day) Then once we got home we got charged €8 for mini bar drinks. Neither my wife or I had any drinks/food from the mini bar. I am really confused by this. In summary- don’t pay for drinks by the pool with cash and take a photo of the mini bar when you arrive and checkout.

Awesome experience, unique location, great service. A place to chill, to pamper yourself. Even the hotel can be full, you don’t feel it. Amazing swimming pools and direct access to the beach: Cala Nova Rooftop is great for an apero with the best view. Breakfast service is really complete with life music every day.

Heel mooi hotel met een goede ligging aan de kust, De kamers zijn met smaak ingericht, Zeer goede ontbijt. Een uitstekend conciërge service en een goede valet service en tevens een goede service aan het zwembad Een hotel die zijn vijf sterren verdient

As an airline pilot who stays in hotels for a living this place was fantastic. AMAZING breakfast. Pamela upstairs at the roof top bar took exceptional care of us. The room was gorgeous. The garbage area (which is covered) and car lot that people complain about are below you and don’t impede your view at all, fantastic view. The complaints about the roof top are unfounded; it’s a $150 minimum spend for a day bed but you easily spend that and then some if you’re eating and drinking all day plus no kids upstairs. Best views on the island are from the rooftop pool. We initially reserved for one day and loved it so much we reserved for second. We rented a car and this was the easiest/cheapest way to get out there and valet was always quick. If you’re not into tasting menus don’t do the five star restaurant on site. Go next door to Atzaro for paella.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but ate at the restaurant in the rooftop and it’s beautiful and delicious. There is a dj playing original lounge and deep house music every evening. sunset and infinity pool. The DJ is brilliant. Definitely worth a try — 360 degree panoramic views.

Amazing experience! Great location. ( far from the noisy part of the island. Great view . Very good service. The breakfast is very diverse. Xhvi and Jose were very professional and helpful! Our third time at the hotel- can’t wait for the next time.

Heerlijk hotel op een prachtige locatie als je niet in voor party’s komt. Je komt hier echt tot rust met de prachtige zwembaden en het uitzicht. Ook het personeel is niks teveel gevraagd en is het genieten. Ontbijt is ook top alles wat je kan bedenken ligt er en ook hebben ze nog een a la carte kaart.

Hotel charmoso, lindo, restaurante Michelin magnífico. Experiência 5 estrelas, desde o momento que você chega, transformam sua estadia numa experiência única. Localização privilegiada e uma area de piscina incrível. No roof top camas balinesas com uma piscina privativa com vistas de tirar o fôlego.
