Отель конечно старый но соответствует цене и качеству. Расположен в старом районе на другой половине острова. Там вообще нечем заняться. Не пляжей нормальных, не заведений. Отлично будет там остановиться и путешествовать по острову.

Lo máximo es un lugar súper agradable con muy buena ubicación y la comida es deliciosa

Rivera have very beautiful beach 🏖️ near the hotel u can take the bus to go there for few Eur and I been to 3 beach to spend my time and chil in the pool is also nice , the area is super quite but u got everything not like town is too busy to stay

We spent 4 nights here to basically re-charge from busy lives! Good bits: Staff were very friendly and helpful. No need to reserve sunbeds as plenty of them, as well as parasols. Comfy beds. Good housekeeping. Nice location near shops and restaurants. BBQ Lunch on a Tuesday and Saturday. Not so good bits: Tired rooms. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. No fridge in room. Found food to be lukewarm unless it had been freshly cooked/put out. Although there is a microwave that you can use to reheat. Water is only available from Pool Bar. There is a jug of water and paper cups for you to serve yourself. If you would like bottled water then you need to go out of the hotel and buy your own. If you are all inclusive you are restricted to which drinks are in your package, otherwise it's around €12 for a cocktail/drink and the same for the snack bar if you would like a salad rather than the standard pizza, chips etc. (which were cooked to order and delicious!) then it's around €12. Doors to bar close at 11pm sharp! Would suggest taking your own towel otherwise it's a €20 returnable deposit. There is also a token scheme for drinks. You need to purchase a token from reception for €2, which you then exchange for drinks - except for tea/coffee - these are served in paper cups. You do get your €2 back once you return your token upon checking out. If I were to visit this hotel again I would probably take my own thermos cup? We had read reviews and were prepared and took earplugs for sleeping, but the noise was nowhere near the level expected and we slept very well. A lovely selection of people of all ages to chat with during our stay which made for a lovely restful week - just what we needed! Thank you Hotel Riviera.

Great pool, great staff and decent cocktails. The location is in a quieter part of the island but taxis are easy and cheap. It was under €10 to get a cab to Sant Antoni. There is a bus stop outside but we seemed to constantly miss the bus and spent a lot of time standing around. They’re also cash only so bring your euros. Upgrading to all-inclusive for a day was €30 so it’s not bad if you plan on spending the day having drinks by the pool however the food wasn’t great in my honest opinion. Marc’s dancing and in-hotel entertainment was a clear highlight for us too

A nice chilled hotel. Close to shops, water taxi etc. Food was perfectly fine, something for everyone even the picky. Rooms are basic but ok, would be better with a fridge & kettle but apart from that perfectly comfortable. Entertainment team amazing, they work exceptionally hard. A nice yoga/meditation session in the morning with Marc expertly playing his hand drum. All added to the chilled experience. We had an amazing cleaner who looked after us everyday with clean towels and bedding.

Great staff, very clean, great location within 5 minutes of the water taxi to San Antonio and a 10 minute walk to Kumaras bar. Lovely pool area, close to some great bars and shops but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of San Antonia so not to loud at night.

Venimos desde Logroño y hemos estado 10 días en Ibiza en este hotel, hemos pasado unos días geniales, lo mejor ha sido el personal que aquí trabaja, nos han tratado como si fuéramos de la familia, recepción, limpieza, todos los camareros y las camareras, los animadores y animadoras, sois maravillosos y maravillosas, gracias por todo😍😍😍

las habitaciones son bastante cómodas como las camas, la comida muy buena, el equipo muy amable, el hotel amplio, las piscina grandes y las bebidas muy buenas, todo muy bien y muy satisfecha con la gente, hay variedades de comidas y todo muy limpio
