"We had a great experience at the Belambra Beach Club in Gien. The general set-up is very cosy and well speaced out for different activities with kids. I would also like to thank the entertainment team which shared a lot of their energy for the kids to have a good time. They were creative and friendly without being overwelming. I also really liked the swimming lessons offered by the lifeguard adapted to all ages."

"We booked this hotel for 10 days with a sea view room, as we were traveling with our toddler and wanted comfort without having to move around too much. On arrival, we were given room #20 with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, less than 10 minutes in, we realized the room was directly next to the condenser (outdoor AC unit), which made a constant loud noise. I immediately told the manager that this was impossible to tolerate for 10 days. Their first response was: “We don’t have other rooms, and the money is non-refundable.” They later said someone would “fix” the noise in the morning, but clearly they were already aware of this issue. After a sleepless first night, they offered us either a much smaller room (not possible with all the baby’s things) or a room without a sea view. Eventually, they told us that if we endured one more night in the noisy room, they could give us another sea view room for 5 nights—but then we would have to return to the horrible room for the last 2 nights. We decided instead to cut our vacation short by 2 days. The new room was supposedly their “best” room (port cros ) with a great view. But first night, while trying to put my son to sleep, I saw a mouse in the room. We had to move all our belongings off the floor and chase it out ourselves. When I reported it, the night staff simply said they had “never heard of that before.” The next morning, another staff member came with a small device and casually said mice were “not a big deal” and even “cute.” This was shocking and unacceptable for a hotel that presents itself as a vacation destination. Between the unbearable noise, the poor customer service, the constant room changes, and finally the mouse in the room, this hotel completely ruined the peaceful holiday we had planned. We left early, exhausted and disappointed. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for families or anyone expecting a relaxing"

"We visited this resort last May 2025 and we enjoyed the beautiful position. Super close to the sea and romantic little beaches. The negative part is that there's no attention for gluten or any other food intolerance/allergies. I have to eat gluten free. The buffet doesn't show the ingredients (not even the main ones) of the food displayed.. so you might even not know what you are taking. I asked the cooks many times about the ingredients and what food I could have chosen but rarely got any answers. I had to guess and try them myself. However also the people who can eat everything were struggling when choosing the food because sometimes they had no idea about what it was. My review is from last year's experience: I hope that now this has improved. The food was overall good even though we found better quality at the Corse Belambra in Propriano. The pool was very nice and the water was warm. Our rooms were very nice and just renovated: we took two rooms that had a shared place with the bathroom (bathroom divided into 2 places: one with the sink and the other one with just the toilet). From the balcony you could admire the sea. Between meals it was useful to have an open bar/cafe to visit (not included in the cost). Overall it's a very good solution; just annoyed with how poorly they managed the dietary requirements."
