When we reached the reception i showed the booking voucher to them and they said no rooms available and they said we didn't get any call from make my trip. I tried to reach you regarding this but no luck call didn't connect at that moment and its too late we requested them at last they gave one room that is not worth and ac is not working properly and there is no tv and the room is also small

At home darbar. Is a pathetic place not even suitable for bachelors to stay. It's above bar and restaurant. The room is filled with small cockroaches, there was no geyser, lights were flickering, bathroom doesn't have hangers or space to keep basic things. Health faucet holder was broken. For service they have 2-3 teenagers, who are not trained to serve customers. No space to sit and work, for 3 days of my stay they didn't clean or change the sheets etc. Overall a very bad experience, even if they give it for free, one should not opt for it.
