I'm writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for another enchanting night in Room [401] at The Manohar, Hyderabad. Here are the highlights from my second consecutive night distressing stay: - AC: Non-functional (a existing addition to the hotel's charm!) - Fan: Provided by staff, a thoughtful gesture, but inadequate. - Sleep quality: Still non-existent Regarding the AC issue, I reported it to the staff, and they kindly provided a fan. While appreciated, it didn't quite compensate for the sweltering heat. Hotel's consistency in providing subpar accommodations is impressive. I'm starting to think it's a custom theme.

Very good staff just need little mantainance of property and specially the small cockroaches . Overall i will recommend property it is worth it of what manohar is charging . Junior suite was very good but club room i found it small as compared to standard room

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Despite positive reviews and a convenient location, I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While the rooms were spacious, they were unfortunately dirty and infested with cockroaches. Upon arrival, I immediately regretted my booking decision. Despite having paid 50% upfront, I was unexpectedly required to pay in full before receiving the key. This unusual policy was not disclosed on the hotel's website and was presented as a management decision beyond their control. The service was equally unsatisfactory. My room was initially missing body wash, and despite multiple requests, it was not replenished until hours later. Similarly, a simple request for green chillies with dinner was ignored, and attempts to contact the kitchen were unsuccessful. The air conditioning was below par for the room size, which made the nights sweaty. The less I talk about the condition of the washroom, the more it is. The showered leaked from all side, which made the floor wet at all times. Overall, given the price of 3700 per night without breakfast, the quality of this hotel was far below expectations.

Friendly staff: The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Clean rooms: The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Great location: The hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. Excellent service: The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable.

Prashanjeet, the executive housekeeper is very helpful and supportive. The whole team is very active and generous. With some upgradation and maintenance this hotel is very much luxurious and breathtaking. Loved staying here for three days

Tucked right in the middle of the city, amidst the languishing old airport, Manohar is a gem. The refurbished rooms are spacious and serene. The atmosphere is calm, staff courteous, and food is good too. The large swimming pool, abundant lush greenery are all a treat.

Worst hotel with unprofessional staff and the rooms are worst,Hotel is having central AC and it doesn’t get your room cool and I found cockroach in the draw.corridors are full of smoke.Personally don’t recommend this hotel for anyone.dont go

We hired a spacious newly renovated Suite @ The Manohar Begumpet The amenities & comforts were impeccable We also made some additional minor suggestions that were appreciated & noted down Inspite Of the Duty Manager Prasanjits leave day he reported on Duty to ensure we 2 senior women were comfortable, that in itself felt very reassuring Even Anthony was very considerate & caring During checkout we were also given a complimentary Pizza & soft drinks. Basically these little considerations, care & concern, go a long way to build long term Relationships I would strongly recommend The Manohar to Our Friends and would Love to go Back There during my next visit Value For Money

Debo is good therapist ,polite and nice therapist,her massage is very relaxed And she also give me stretching,i highly recommended her massage,the way how she give massage it's very professional,spa room are also clean and tidy Thaks prosenjit mishra

Worst experience with Manohar Hotel. We were promised something and they did something else. Food was bad and cold. Is this how they serve guests. Also they'll on AC only for one hour and then they'll turn it off. Whole time all my guests were irritated with that. Such a pathetic service and they charge for every single time including GST. Will never recommend this. Also after our function there this hotel was raided by Food safety department and fount out they were using stagnant water and spoilt food for preparation. ONE OF THE WORST WORST HOTELS.
