The hotel is beautiful with the shining floor in the lobby, verandah. They provided quick access to the room (No 224). The room was decent with sufficient illumination though one LED bulb was not working. The doormat was missing and arranged only after telling them. The room service is not that professional and the linen strip on the bed had stains of waterdrops etc. The toiletries were good. The bathroom glass cabin is too small and the door has collided with the shower tap erected at the roof side. The mini-bar refrigerator was empty, disconnected and the safe was not working either. The complimentary breakfast was really so sumptuous, items like soft idli, upama, sambar, juice, dosa made the day but they could not prepare uttapam, anyway, the breakfast experience was really nice. The coffee maker electric jar and the sugar sachets were ok. The capsule lift looked gorgeous while moving. The front desk staff should learn to put on a smile at least while dealing with the guests. The Venue dining staff was felt eager to serve..I appreciate them all. A lot of scopes to improve room interiors and the dressing table should have a little calendar, digital table clock, menu book, dos and don'ts paper, etc. At first-day room cleaning, they took the washroom towels and then not replaced them with the washed ones for next-day usage. The sliding wooden door for the toilets produced a terrible screeching sound every time the doors slid back and forth. Overall the stay was great and joyful.
