Inn at Bellefield / Hyde Park

I went with my daughter for my birthday. We learned a lot, my favorite was making mozzarella cheese. The chef was very knowledgeable and his staff were eager to assist with everything. Time went by very quickly and soon it was time to eat. We all shared and enjoyed each other’s dishes and it was a lovely evening. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here when we were in the area for The Hudson Valley Wine and Food Fest. This property should be the template for all Residence Inns! The rooms are lovely and have fun touches like wine, whiskey, popcorn and fancy nuts as "honor bar" items. We purchased a few things as the prices were not out of the normal range. The staff is friendly and helpful and they do an epic free breakfast which was tasty and the area well staff and CLEAN! We ate at the bar (another super plus a full well stocked bar) for dinner both nights its a bit pricey but value for the money as the food was excellent. My only call out is that the restaurant is called "Storyteller" so they have a highly contrived book for a menu.

We enjoyed our stay at the Inn at Bellefield. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the location was perfect for us. I do think the sitting area of the room needs a light. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

From our arrival at the hotel to our departure, the experience could not have been better (well maybe if we had a little less rain). The location was very convenient to the places we planned to visit - FDR library and house tours for FDR and Vanderbilt as well as visiting Culinary Institute. The hotel is about 9 months old. The lobby is very inviting and nice to hang out in at end of day with glass of wine from lobby bar. The breakfast area is kept very clean. Food is standard hotel breakfast options but they had fresh fruit parfaits each morning which was nice surprise. Room was large and very nice. Kitchenette was handy and well appointed and it was nice to have a larger refrigerator. The bathroom had lots of counter space which is always nice as well as a very convenient mirror and cabinet outside of the main bath as well. We will definitely be visiting again!
