Sea Street Inn

The Sea Street Inn is truly excellent on every level. The Inn and grounds are lovely and contain so many interesting art pieces and conversation pieces. The rooms are immaculate, serene, extremely comfortable and provide well-curated amenities. The breakfast is such a treat! The chefs tasting menu is so fun and every small plate was delicious and beautiful to the eye! Adrian and Xenia are wonderful hosts and take great care of their guests. They provide excellent dining suggestions, reservations and great ideas for day trips, etc…with keen knowledge of the small details that make things extra fun. We absolutely loved our stay and already booked a return trip!

My wife and I spent a three day weekend at the Sea Street Inn. We chose Sea Street based on the great reviews they have received, and it's great location mid-cape. We found it to be as advertised with comfortable accommodations and amazing food. Booking was easy. Our host, Adrian, sent us timely information prior our arrival and met us when we pulled into the drive. The common areas are inviting and decorated with beautiful and intriguing art works that represent the character of the innkeepers. The rooms are tastefully decorated, well-stocked, and impeccably clean. Adrian was generous with invaluable and spot on recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. But what sets Sea Street apart for us was the breakfasts. If you are looking to start the day with pancakes and scrambled eggs, move on to the next property. A trained chef, Adrian treated us to a different four course food adventure each morning. We are still talking about it. For a grown up, unique, memorable Bed and Breakfast stay on the Cape, we highly recommend The Sea Street Inn. We will be returning!

My partner and I stayed at Sea Street Inn for the last week, we had a wonderful time.. Our host, Adrian was wonderful! He was accommodating and informative and made us the most delectable breakfast.!! The location is perfect, very close to the beach and a five minute drive into town.. the recommendations for things to do during our stay, were super helpful.. Our room was the queen suite of which had a very comfortable bed and very spacious rooms..! I definitely recommend you choose here to stay if you are staying in the Hyannis area!

Nicely renovated, clean, quiet and comfortable room. Fantastic multicourse breakfast. Atmosphere of an art gallery with one room consisting of a boxing photo collection. Residential mid-Cape location is not far from Hyannisport. Would stay again.

My wife and I just had an incredible 3 nights stay at The Sea Street Inn. We were warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Chef Adrian took the time to get to know us,what we liked for food and if either one of us had any particular food allergy he should be made aware of. For the 3 days we were there we were treated to many culinary delights. The food was amazing as is Chef Adrian! Not only is Chef Adrian a great cook but he is very knowledgeable about the local restaurant scene and attractions. The Inn is comfortable and relaxing and our room had everything we needed and then some. We had a wonderful time and cannot wait until our next visit to The Sea Street Inn.
