My friend and I recently purchased E-bikes and went to The Cape for a few days to ride the Cape Cod Rail Trail and The Shining Sea Bikeway. We chose Hyannis as a central location to both. We stayed two nights at the Holiday Inn Cape Cod, Hyannis. The room, bedding and bathroom were comfortable. Our reservation included breakfast in the full service restaurant. We ordered off the menu one morning and enjoyed the buffet the other. The food was good but the waitstaff is exceptional. Both Beth & Peg (Margaret) are friendly and had good suggestions. After checkout I had an issue with the billing. I initially called the front desk who wasn't helpful then the corporate customer service to explain the issue. Within 10 minutes I had a call from the Hyannis manager, Bill, who resolved it to my satisfaction. I would stay here again.

Arrived and check in with Herman was smooth. He did let us pick our rooms and warned us that we picked the furthest point. He was right, but we had a very quiet hallway because of the location. Our room was a bit tight/small as only one person could walk around the end of the bed at a time. We didn’t eat breakfast or dinner at the hotel but did have drinks nightly and the bartender was very friendly and accommodating. We did cut our trip short due to weather. The hotel was in a good location for getting around the island and getting to restaurants

We had a 2 night stay here. Check in was very easy and straightforward and our room was upgraded to one with a fire and a spa bath! Ideally situated for our trip to Martha's Vineyard. Great breakfast and friendly helpful service from Beth and Margaret, with some great local knowledge from Beth who gave us some recommendations for our onward travel. We also had a meal in the bar, where again the food and service were both very good. I would recommend this hotel and we will stay again on our next visit to the Cape!

We arrived late but were able to get a room. The front desk staff, Shannea was gracious & very helpful. However, our nightmare started when we got into the 'newly renovated' room. There was hair in the towel, hair dangling from the toilet bowl tank, hair in various spots in the bathtub & worst of all, hair (both long & short) in the sheets. Sheets are not changed - do check your beds, carefully. There is no stopper in the sink - just a hole! To top it off, we had a mosquito in the room. At $311 a night after taxes, it was a big disappointment.

The pictures on the website are accurate- however in person it looks like they just kept adding on to the hotel- with that said they had one of the most pleasant staffs I’ve encountered. Very welcoming. The inside of hotel was spotless and our room looked like it had just had a makeover. Bed was perfect! Just a great stay!

Disappointing stay, for several reasons. First of all, the hotel is quite old. The corridors are small and impractical with luggage. The room wasn't great because it was very small, with very little space for luggage. The beds were soft and very small... In the bathroom, the hairdryer was falling apart and aged. However, the most outrageous thing was the breakfast: we paid for a room with 4 people and once we arrived at the restaurant we were told that the price was only for two people and that we had to pay for the other 2. In addition, the staff were unfriendly, the buffet non-existent and closed. We ordered pancakes, but they weren't very good, and the price was an exorbitant 12 dollars... So breakfast was a disaster. In short, a mediocre stay and we'll never come back.

Once again the pictures are deceiving. Hotel is older and the room I had was very small. No counter space to put stuff, had a little table that held the TV but no counter space to put your stuff. Bathroom was worse, just a sink with ZERO/NO/NADA counter. No where to put a shaving kit, toothbrush, nothing. Furthermore the mattress was a glorified been bag mattress, no support and you can feel the indentions from everyone that ever slept in the bed. In fact, the mattress was more of a hammock, no support what-so-ever. Mirror in bathroom was mounted so low, shaving I could only see by chest, had to lean over to shave. No, I'm not a NBA basketball player. I'm a "normal" 5-10 male. My co-worker had the same issues in his room so I assume wasn't a one off occurrence.

Io e la mia famiglia, siamo stati due notti in questo hotel, durante la nostra visita del New England. Buon albergo, con arredamenti abbastanza recenti. Camera di medie dimensioni, pulita. Personale gentile. Per chi come noi ha la macchina, si possono girato comodamente i dintorni.

We stayed here before heading out to Nantucket. We arrived very late and were welcomed warmly by Reception. The rooms are very basic but they are super clean. The breakfast service was good. The whole team were very helpful. Great location for the ferry. Loads of free parking.
