Outdated facility. Cancelled my room key at 10 am before checking out. Charged US$35 for breakfast. Super greedy!

Very friendly and polite staff. Helpful. Particularly Sjah and Guest Services. The surrounding gardens and pool areas are very nice. A stone throw away from the mighty Vic Falls and other touristy stuff. Nice food from breakfast to dinner.

What an amazing stay at Elephant Hills Resort! The stunning views, comfortable accommodation, and delicious cuisine made it unforgettable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Victoria Falls!

This was my first time staying at Elephant Hills Resort. I really liked the excellent service from the hotel staff, Carol and her boss made my stay very comfortable and responded quickly to my requests. The Hotel infrastructure is good and well maintained, keep it up! . Thumbs up to the person who was cleaning my room. One area that I think needs improvement is the bathrooms, the bath tubs and toilet seats needs to be changed, they look very old.

I cannot compliment the staff, accommodation, general service enough. This grand resort is one I will come back to again and again given the opportunity.

Excellent location and the best staff. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The kitchen staff were so accommodating I would definitely recommend this resort. We were a group of 37 and always felt well taken care of. Excellent location with a pool and lots of monkeys, impala and water bucks

had a wonderful time with my daughter she enjoyed the swimming pool couldn't get enough of it, and excellent service from the whole team. Can't wait for another trip

This is beautiful resort in magnificent grounds, and a lovely big pool, but what makes it so special is the staff. Imagine the most friendly, helpful hotel you’ve ever been to and times it by 100! We stayed for 4 nights and had the most wonderful stay. Room was also very clean, air conditioned, and the bed super comfortable.

What a fabulous experience since the moment we arrived. The most friendly and helpful staff at your service at all times. We really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are good, the breakfast is great as well as the lovely blue swimming pools. The transport into town was such a bliss and made gettingbto our planned activities so much easier and safer. A special word of thanks to the following staff for their extraordinary service: Jefta, Kenny, Moses, Bongani, Mahlangu, Tawezendre and Ambrose.

This was a pearl hidden in Zimbabwe. The ambience and serene environment were top notch. I would definitely be coming back.
