Все цены озвучиваются без такс, а потом получаешь приятное удивление, так же только когда выставили счет поняли что баги от номера платное, не вопрос стоимости. Просто не приятно, когда люди скрывают. Очень навязчивое обслуживание, 10 раз спросят как вам и тд. А когда попросишь вместо сала в пасту карбонару положить бекон, говорят извините мы не можем. Риф живой акулы есть, поплавать с акулами няньками от острова 40 минут плыть.

The most incredible hotel experience of my life. The staff are incredible Noel and the team know how to make your special. I swam with sharks, ate amazing food, and went on a turtle safari, everything was so much fun. A special shout out to Naadi who was the best host I have ever come across.

First, this is a beautiful hotel and we really enjoyed our stay here. The fact that you can speed boat rather than seaplane honestly makes the connection from the airport a breeze. Service at the resort, from the welcome drinks to members of staff knowing our names and preferences almost immediately were also nice touches. Guests also have a personal member of the staff assigned to their room who takes care of everything. This was a great touch. The overwater villa was also excellent. Beautiful room and the private pools were wonderful. Miss it already! Why 4 star and not 5? 2 main reasons. First, both restaurant food quality and service was hit and miss. Obviously Maldives food prices are high, but at a resort of this quality we expected the food to be better. Nothing was inedible, but it was just OK. Service in the main restaurant was hit and miss and management later confirmed they had short staffing issues. Second, as a Hilton Diamond member we weren’t sure if there would be many/ any benefits at an SLH property since they only recently joined the Hilton program. Long story short, there isn’t any. So if you’re a Hilton loyalist and want those perks, go to the Conrad or Hilton instead. I don’t think there was any acknowledgment of Hilton status let alone benefits. Again we weren’t expecting any, but it is worth a note since many program loyal guests care a lot about the recognition/ upgrades, etc. All in all we would definitely return as it is a beautiful place and we were sad to leave. Maybe they can fix the food inconsistency in the meantime and it would be a 5/5.
