Hawaii Paradise Aqua Park

I’m sorry to see lots of poor reviews on here, and felt I must write about our experience. I came with my sister- we are in our 50s and have travelled quite a bit. We were moved to this hotel from another, after being away on a Nile cruise. We were told our first hotel was overbooked and we had to stay here for a night with transfer back to our other hotel (Sea star beau rivage) the next day if we wished. We decided to stay based on kettle in our room ( game changer for us!!) the large, clean and bright room. There was Spag, shower gel, shampoo, bottled water every day in room. Staff were helpful and friendly, quiet pool ( no one else there AT ALL!!) It is a HUGE place - about 12 pools. Very clean INDEED - lots of staff working hard to keep everything clean and the gardens were very well tended too - a pleasure to look out on! The food was OK …. Not brilliant but we always found something we liked. There is a small restaurant on the same floor as reception and that was SO MUCH better than the one on the ground floor and rather cavernous (and noisy!) - both served same food, but service upstairs was very good (thank you Ahmed) and quiet, small tables. Alcoholic drinks not great ,(but we are not big drinkers) beer was ok, and plentiful squash and soft drinks (understandable when you think majority of local guests may be teetotal 🤷🏼‍♀️) We had great hamman and facial and found if you are pleasant, all the staff (without exception) are very pleasant, friendly and smiley. We went (unknowingly!) during an Egyptian school break, so, naturally, there were lots of local people having fun in pools (one is heated a all others cold, but all kept extremely clean - we saw staff testing the water daily) and in the evenings where the entertainment was loud and definitely aimed at families. However, all music stopped at 10pm and then completely quiet. We went in January, so maybe more international guests during summer?? Overall, although the hotel is not a 5 star by European standards ( none are, tbh, in our experience of Egypt!!) we had a relaxed few days being looked after by some nice people.

Very bad do not visit this place lol.The workers are so unprofessional and they treat you so bad that you literally think of going back home everytime.Some workers are not multilingual and you can actually know when they are talkinf about you in a bad way through their facial expressions.

The bedroom was large, the upper dinning room was quieter. Ahmed, Ashraf, Hassany, Mastavy,Mustafa, Mahmo, Sadlh, Mohamed, and Haleefa. Lovely service. But I didn't realise you need to book other restaurants to reserve a booking the day before. Matteo thanks for your front desk help.

Ho trascorso la prima settimana di gennaio con mia sorella e la nipotina di 4 anni. Siamo partite titubanti per le recensioni lette e ci siamo ricredute subito ottima accoglienza all'arrivo camera spaziosa con vista mare e ben pulita ogni ogni venivano anche lasciate bottigliette di acqua gratuitamente la spiaggia è molto ampia è il mare è uno spettacolo il cibo è locale ma di ottima qualità ma il vero plus è il personale gentilissimo preparato e pronto a esaudire ogni richiesta pertanto un ottimo soggiorno 👍

Отель выше всех похвал.Мы предпочитаем Турцию,но 5рки Турции значительно проигрывают Египетским.В таком шикарном отеле все портит отсутствие в общей доступности кофемашин и крошечнве пластиковые стаканчики,в которые наливвют все,даже кипяток.Такая экономия очень позорит роскошный отель.Очень испортил все пребывание сильныц,непрекращающицся,постоянный холодный ветер.В декабре в Хургаду мы больше не поедем именно изза этого ветра.Еще кому важно(нам очень)у этого отеля нет моря!Оно как бы есть,но как картинка,в нем не искупаешься.Я прошла вглубь 1,5 км и все было по щиколотку.Если лечь на дно,то попа будет над водой,как не старайся.Глубины вы не найдете ни нядом ни в 5 км от отеля в обе стороны.Серферам с таким ветром и глубиной по щиколотку там раздолье.Но кто любит посмотреть красивый подводный мир Красного моря лучше ехать в Шарм на рифы.Если бы мы знали,что у отеля нет моря,то не приехали бы никогда.Но несмотря на отсутствие купающихся все время на пляже раскладывали лежаки и матрасы,работали рестораны и убирали пляж.Вообще персонал как муравьи работают с утра до вечера в каждом уголке отеля.Очень омрачили наш отдых приставучие египтяне прямо на територии отеля,только ляжешь позагорать тут уже сидит на лежаке либо парикмахер,либо с моками либо продавец экскурсий и т.д и от них нет отбоя и покоя и нигде не спрятаться!Администрация отеля говорит,что не имеет к ходокам отношения,но видимо они в доле)))

One of the worst hotels we have ever been to the food was terrible same food every day always a off smell and disgusting taste and will leave you having food poising the people there are so rude they will push little children just to get in front and the workers are so touchy with the kids one worker put one of the children in a headlock and it was so concerning also the entertainment crew are so unprofessional all they do is flirt with young girls and try to get their social media only god knows what they do next it’s like they work there just to perv on girls also they don’t have wifi only in the reception so when you go to the reception there are so many people you can’t even find a seat all their pools are so cold and you can’t even relax because the workers who provide services like spa and hair force and beg you to buy their services for a big price and when you dismiss them and say no they just keep going on and on and once they leave they give dirty looks and swear in Arabic so unprofessional overall a really bad and boring hotel we all wanted to leave worst Christmas ever don’t come here especially for Christmas your going to regret it.
