Un excelente lugar en cuanto calidad y precio. El personal es amable y muy servicial

我訂了單人間，但是入住的時候Tadros給我升級了很大的一間公寓，大概有一百平帶陽台，足夠四個人住，公寓也非常新，前台工作人員非常樂於助人，有什麼問題都能解決，房間非常乾淨，電梯也很方便，出去吃飯和買東西都很方便，出門右轉有家小店很便宜。我推薦所有人都來埃及入住這家酒店。

公寓面積挺大，可以做飯。 位置很安靜，晚上沒有噪音。 前台小哥人很好，有問題儘管找他。 價格很好，東西一應俱全，物超所值 而且還有一個超好看可以看海景的樓頂和便宜的海灘 總之是一個值得選擇的地方

Stayed here with my husband and father. Was made to feel most welcome by Maria who kept checking everything was alright. View from the pool area on the roof is amazing as you can see all across Hurghada and the Red Sea. Looking to book the next time we are in Hurghada. Apartments clean, comfortable and spacious. Enjoyed swimming in the pool every day and found it very relaxing. Thankyou

Es el peor sitio en el que he estado en mi vida. Mi pareja y yo llegamos por una aplicación (tenia una puntuacion de 8’5 en booking). - Llegamos, nos reciben y demuestran no tener ni idea de nuestra reserva. - Nos dan una habitación que estaba en unas condiciones pésimas. Muebles viejos y rotos, con olor a pintura, la nevera super sucia de humedad, polvo por todos lados. - Nos quejamos y el chico se excusa diciendo que pronto nos solucionará el problema. Nos promete que en 1h lo tiene solucionado. - A los 10’ nos ofrece una habitación en la planta inferior que literalmente estaba en obras. Pintura, muebles viejos tirados, no tenia ducha, muchísimo polvo, papel higiénico sucio y usado, la cama rota y hundida… - Volvemos a quejarnos y el chico de recepción se ríe y se excusa diciendo “que no es culpa suya, si no de su jefe que solo quiere el dinero” “que solo vamos a pasar una noche”. Lo que a el le hace gracia a nosotros nos enfada y mucho. - Accede a mostrarnos otra habitación, en un primer lugar parece que está bien, pero para nuestra sorpresa, las sábanas estaban amarillas, con manchas marrones. - Finalmente le solicitamos que nos devuelva las 1200EGP, que queremos irnos. Tuvimos que esperar casi 30’ y ponernos un poco macarras para que nos devolviese nuestro dinero. En ese tiempo, un grupo de estudiantes asiáticos que residían en UK estaban quejándose literalmente de lo mismo. Les recomendamos recuperar su dinero e irse a otra parte para no perder el tiempo. A MI PARECER, EL HOTEL ESTÁ EN CONSTRUCCIÓN Y ESTAFAN A LA GENTE PARA IR CONSTRUYÉNDOLO CON EL DINERO QUE GENERAN ENGAÑANDO. Y aun encima se ríen cuando te quejas…
