Świetny basen do pływania, dobre jedzenie, co zaskakuje w Egipcie. Obsługa miła, nie napastliwa. Hotel zaczyna się remontować, pewnie nadrabiają na te 5 gwiazdek. Woda w basenach nie przypomina gorącej zupy. Czysta. Jest bardzo miła polka Julia do pomocy. Chciałabym tu wrócić.

Die Animateure sind sehr nett & das Personal allgemein sehr freundlich und bemüht, einem alles Recht zu machen. Ein gutes Familienhotel zu einem fairen Preis.

Super wrażenia z pobytu który niestety się po mału kończy . Pogoda dopisała , lekka lampa na dworzu , wracam opalony , najedzony i szczęśliwy :)))) Jedzonko pierwsza klasa , czyste pokoje , klimatyzacja w pokojach na propsie , przemiła obsługa , starają się żeby pobyt był jak najbardziej udany :)) pan barman zawsze z uśmiechem serwował pyszne zimne drinki , mega plaża , świetne animacje , wieczorne pokazy . Pozdrawiam Panią Julię animatorkę , świetny vajb od Niej bije :))) czuję że wrócę tu za rok :)

Beautifull vacation, perfect for family. Pool and beach beautiful. Good food and friendly personal. Entertainment team has perfect program and they are such a friendly too.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is amazing, food is great, pools are clean, beach is very nice. Partys every night organized by entrataiment are amazing.

Sooooo its a good place for everyone , It was a wonderful experience. The food was varied and catered to all tastes, whether you’re into meat, veggies, or lighter options. Each day offered something new, from fun activities to live entertainment, ensuring there was never a dull moment. The beach and the sun were perfect for relaxing, making it an ideal getaway to unwind and enjoy the summer vibe. If you’re looking for a place to both relax and have fun, this destination has it all!

Staff couldn't have been more helpful, always looking out for us. Room was immaculate and air-conditioning was excellent. Pool and animation staff all fantastic couldn't ask for more. Hope to return soon. Thank you for lagoon about is good time.I like our animation team is always super and almost wonderful.And in the power thank you for lagoon

Bardzo polecam pobyt w Royal Lagoon. Bardo dobra atmosfera, dobre jedzenie, obsługa bardzo pomocna zwłaszcza animatorzy robią co mogą żeby umilić czas. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Niedaleko jest promenada po której można spacerować i robić zakupy. Pozdrowienia dla Pani Juli

I really enjoyed my time at Royal Lagoons. The refreshments and hotel facilities are greattt, but what truly stands out for me is the amazing atmosphere. The entertainment team is absolutely fantastic they always bring great energy and create a fun, positive vibe for everyone. They really make every day special

The hotel is amazing staff are so kind and welcoming, the food is amazing & the entertainment team is the best!! Habibi come to royal lagoons we have had the best time here at the hotel - Adam & the entertainment team are brilliant so active, so friendly and you can have a great laugh with them. Rooms are so clean and spacious.

تالت سنه لينا في رويال لاجونز ودايما نحجز غرفتين ومش اقل من 8 ايام ومع ذلك فريق الانيميشن سيء جدا ماعدا واحد اسمه كيرو وانجي ومعامله مع المصرين وحشه جدا بالذات شخص اسمه حلمي ردوده غير محترمه لما طلبنا منه يشغل اغاني عربي بيرد ردود سيئه جدا ولما تشتكي للاداره يشغلو اغنيتين او تلاته نكد او قديمه من التسعينات وكمان يوطي الصوت بالعند .. وبعد كدا طول الوقت اغاني انجلش وموسيقى هاديه تجيب النوم والملل وأغلب الوقت موسيقى نايمه وهم مش موجودين واشتكينا للاداره كذا يوم .. وقولنالهم هنعمل ونسوي ومافيش فرق لدرجة انهم كانو بيتحدونا ويقولو اساميهم لما نصور تصرفاتهم فيديو .. وواحد منهم اسمه ليل كان بيتكلم عننا و قال ناس اشتكونا للمدير وهنوريهم حتة يوم .. و ابني سمعه و هو مايعرفش ان ده ابني وطبعا كل التقدير ل مستر ربيع من ادارة المطعم حاول يساعدنا وكلم الاداره استاذ عبد العزيز وموكا شيف الانيميشن وصاحب الشركه تقريبا على حسب كلامهم ولكن الوضع لم يتغير وكل التقدير للرسبشن والمطعم والهاوس كيبنج وفريق انقاذ البيسين ناس منتهى الرقي والزوق والاحترام..
