這個價位，有個房間的標準來説的話確實湊活了 但是同樣價格更推薦去青旅 最致命的是，懷疑前台有歧視中國人，入住的時候態度非常差，讓我都有點害怕了，包括存包的時候，連綁帶都不綁。 所以如果預算少建議直接青旅了，由於態度很差的前台，真的很不舒適，房間也不是很衞生 哦對，甚至沒有被子，衹有一個很薄的毛巾睡覺蓋

A Disgrace to Hurghada’s Hospitality – Avoid at All Costs. This Place Ruined Our Vacation I don’t even know where to begin. Mirage Bay Resort & Aqua Park is a complete disgrace. If you're considering this place for your vacation — DON’T. Just don’t. I am honestly shocked that Mirage Bay Resort Hurghada is listed among luxury hotels in this city. This place not only tarnishes Hurghada’s reputation as a tourist destination, but also delivers one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had — anywhere in the world. From the moment we arrived, there was absolutely no sense of hospitality. The hotel itself is extremely old, poorly maintained, and severely neglected. The room was beyond a disaster — it was a living nightmare. Filthy floors, outdated furniture, and swarms of ants everywhere. The air conditioner was ancient and completely non-functional, leaving the room hot, suffocating, and unbearable. To make matters worse, the electricity cut off multiple times during the night — four times in a single night. The in-room phone didn’t even work, so each time I had to get out of bed, leave the room, and walk all the way to reception just to ask them to turn the power back on. There was absolutely no rest, no comfort, and not even the most basic level of service. Sleeping was impossible — the entire experience felt more like punishment than a vacation. The lobby was no better — old, stained, worn-out furniture that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The air smelled musty and unpleasant, and the entire atmosphere felt abandoned. The restaurant was absolutely unacceptable. The food was extremely low quality, tasteless, and honestly hard to swallow. There was no care in preparation, no variety, and no effort whatsoever. The flavor? Nonexistent. It was simply not edible by any reasonable standard. The hygiene was even worse: dirty utensils, poorly cleaned tables, and even the trolley used to collect dirty plates was revolting — filthy, smelly, and disgusting to even look at. It was enough to kill your appetite completely. Eating there wasn’t just unpleasant — it was disturbing. As for the beach, it was possibly the worst part. Poor service, rude and careless staff, and absolutely no organization or cleanliness. This is not what a beach resort should feel like — it felt more like a neglected, forgotten public space with zero care for guest experience. Final Verdict: This place has no business calling itself a resort. It was a complete disaster from start to finish. It ruined our vacation, wasted our time, and left us angry, exhausted, and deeply disappointed. Avoid this place at all costs

This hotel is not a five star hotel, or even 3 star hotel, it is the worst place I have ever been to in my whole life. The rooms are simply garbage, the bathrooms are broken, the food is horrible, the staff is so bad and not helpful at all. The Aqua Park is honestly good. We arrived in time, waited around 30 minutes to check in, the juice is just powder, the snacks are horrible, and the food is cold and bad. The rooms are old, the floors are not clean, the balcony doors do not lock, and sheets and towels are dirty even when they are washed, the staff is not friendly and not that helpful. The food was cold and it is usually bread with other additions. Do not go there, it is a waste of money and time.
