Iberotel Casa Del Mar Resort

If I can rate this hotel more than 5 stars, I will do so. Those people are hospitality gurus, the way they treated me and my family made us all overwhelmingly happy. Every single detail was taken into consideration and exceeded my expectations. -Once in the restaurant my son was hesitant and in seconds the chef made him a special order that suits his taste. -Snacks and pizzas are so yummy. -The hotel is nice and cozy. -The views are relaxing. -Super clean Rooms, Pools and restaurants. -The main restaurant served seafood several times. However, It was never smelly and this is a plus. -Access was available to Jaz Casa Del Mar's lovely sandy beach. Words won't express my feelings when the hotel sent me a complimentary birthday cake on my birthday and another compliment was sent the next day (fruit platter, nuts and maccarons😋😋) Special thanks to reception team members (Mohamed for his close follow up on any issue, Ibrahim for his complement and Philopater for receiving us). Très bel hôtel, bien située à Hurgadha. J ai passé un séjour très agréable avec mes filles. Un grand merci aux serveurs du restaurant pour leur accueil et le service impeccable et attentionné. Bravo a l équipe d animation Aymen,Mans et Marwan, Emma,Enzo et Tamara pour leur énergie et leur sympathie. Les chambres sont spacieuses et orientées vers la piscine. Nous avons passé de super vacances mais trop courtes, à refaire.

Overall this is a good hotel and is priced accordingly. The bathrooms are in desperate need of a makeover. The room is basic but our superior room was large and the three of us had plenty of room. Cleanliness very good, towels changed everyday-good quality too, same as bedding. Take/ask for extra hangers as we only had seven in our wardrobe. I’m pleased I took a hanging clothes storage unit with me as there are no drawers in the room. Snacks in the room and the mini bar are not included in the All Inclusive. Food in the buffet was ok, we ate between here, the beach place and Little Italy for lunches just for a change of scenery. The weekly management invite to cocktails and a meal was lovely-the food quality, presentation and taste was high end. If you get an invite don’t hesitate to book it (free of charge). Cocktails I thought were lacking at the pool bar but better at the indoor bar. I mainly drank white wine which was ok. We took insulated bottles which the bars gladly filled up with cold water. Nice touch around the pool was kitchen staff bought round little food samples such as fruit skewers, spring rolls. One afternoon they bought out a popcorn machine which my teens enjoyed. At the pool bars you can ask for ice cream which were cornetto type. No other snacks available during the day to my knowledge. Activities/Entertainment team mainly speak French as the majority of guests are French. Water polo, water volleyball, darts, aqua fit held most days. One pool ‘heated’ although still a little on the chilly side for me (we stayed early April).Three slides which were fun to use and never busy. WiFi was good all around the hotel including down at the beach. I can’t comment on the evening entertainment as we tended to walk to the shops in the evening or play card games. Staff were attentive and keen to know if you were enjoying your stay. It’s a small hotel with a good layout and service. I would come back here but not with my teens as it didn’t quite meet their expectations.
