房間空置太久，設施不過關，抽水馬桶和淋浴間門都壞了，毛巾太久 看着就不乾淨。服務一塌糊塗。旁邊有bar，低音炮每天到半夜一點，投訴也不解決，態度極其惡劣，整個三天沒怎麼睡覺。建議拉入黑名單，永不在平台上推薦。

設施：房間很一般，有啥説啥，床鋪還不如一百塊錢的民宿，需要提高。 服務：還可以，離市區有些距離，整體不錯 環境：挺好的，泳池🏊很大，孩子們喜歡的 衞生：還可以，全包餐食，性價比比較高

The staff are not friendly. We had a bad experience when we arrived because they charged us about$ 115 extra than our reservation by trip.com. So I don't recommend this hotel!

Great Hotel has an Excellent sand beach lot of pools and the food is taste good but need to be more varaities..also the room was clean.

The pools and beach were very nice and clean. Food was okay! Not much variety and repetitive. AC in the lobby was never working We were only given one room key!

I would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There is plenty to do in the day time and night and the food is outstanding. I would definitely return The only thing I would say is I think the hotel could do with a fresh coat of paint but don`t take that as a bad thing You will not be disappointed Thank you very much for a wonderful stay

Had a nice holiday in this hotel with a lot of sun, fun and nice people. Also went on a snorcheling trip with Dive More, which is the diving school at the hotel. It was a wonderful trip with a perfect crew. Everyone is taking care of you. There were also photos and videos taken on this trip of professional photographers (company is called "Memories"). Right after the trip they showed us the pics/videos so we were able to see them before buying. For sure we did because it's worth. Never had any pictures or videos like this before. Very professional and awesome quality. All in all we enjoyed this holiday and definitely come back there.

Absolutely amazing experience We love everything over here, except the fact that pharmacy was a bit pricy everyone was helpful They had amazing light beer, good cocktails and beautiful beach Mostly I would like to thank two best chefs I ever Met Mohamed- during lunch time he was working on ice cream machine and mostly worked on a sweet- he is sweet indeed always happy and smile! Nahed- she was the best and the most amazing chef in a world, she always smile, she speak so nice and make such an amazing food for us We do miss you!

I have stayed in Egypt many times both Hurghada and Sharm, this is by far the worst hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. We had booked a side sea view room with balcony; there was no sea view and no balcony. We were on the ground floor overlooking the kids pool and ents area. Even if I went into the garden in front there was no glimpse of the sea. In fact they have built so much on the front that unless you area on the top floor I don’t think you will be able to see it. The staff are rude, the male who booked us in didn’t even make eye contact and you only get a smile after you have tipped, and they harass you until they get money. The rooms are old and worn, this is the case with most Egypt hotels but this once hasn’t been cared for – two light fittings were fell and were hanging out of the ceiling. There is no jetty over to the reef and people were told to walk out to an island to snorkel. I don’t know why as there are no fish, I can see that there should have been but the coral id dead near this hotel properly as people walked on it when over by the island. You can see where there is the live reef and I know there are fish as I have stayed in this bay before at another hotel but you can’t get there and you are not allowed to use another hotels jetty. You have to be up early if you want a sunbed as people put the towels down at 7 then bugger off. The wine is disgusting, Egypt wine always leave little to be desired but here it’s also watered down. Needless to say I couldn’t wait to leave, it was a complete disappointment.
