В отеле есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Аниматоры просто великолепны. Вечером живая музыка. Нам всё понравилось. Приедем ещё.

Отель скучный. Вечером нет танцев. Вывозят в другие клубы. С детьми это невозможно. Детям только вечером анимация более менее, но и она повторяется. Местное руководство и артисты прямо на машине могут доехать до сцены/амфитеатра, для них это норма. И это через пешеходную зону и песочную площадку, где играются дети. Бармены работают по настроению, коктейли ни о чем! Номера ушатаные. Поменяли 3 номера и везде мебель и сантехника были в плохом состоянии. Еда в целом не плохая. Бассейны скучные, маленькие, нет активности в них. Пляж хороший, песочный. Рыб мало. Аля карт отличается от общих ресторанов только супами. В остальном тоже самое. Как я заметил и что было с нами при заселении, все меняют номера в течении 15-20 минут как им показывают их. Новый ресепшен хуже старого. На старом ресепшене был сотрудник в грязной одежде, не опрятный, с открытой ширинкой. Первое впечатление сразу дало о себе знать. Два дня потеряли пока нам искали нормальный номер. Фотографии будут из последнего номера. Уборка в номере была более менее только когда давали чаевые или прям просили точечно убрать. Для местных, арабов, мусульманов прям видно сразу есть поблажки и приоритет. Wi fi только на пляже. А так нужно покупать. Не верьте видеобзорщикам из ютуба. Они за это деньги получают

My husband, our two small children, and I stayed at this hotel for 7 days in June, and we are extremely satisfied. The room is nothing special, but it's clean and spacious — and honestly, we don’t need much more from a room at the seaside, since we’re only there to sleep. The hotel has several pools, including shallow ones for kids, as well as a water park for children. There’s also a kids’ play area that features a mini zoo, a sandy floor, a castle with a waterfall, and a treehouse. The children were thrilled with the play area, the pools, and the housekeeping guy who arranged our room and made different towel animals every day. A big shoutout to him — his name is Muhamed Ali. The food is excellent. Even our picky eaters managed to find something they liked at every meal, which speaks volumes. The snacks were also great. What impressed me the most was the staff — the same people are there all day, from breakfast in the morning to working in the café at night — always smiling and ready to help. We had a truly wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel for families with children. The only downside was that we weren’t able to use the voucher for the à la carte restaurant — every time we went to make a reservation, it was already fully booked. This could definitely be better organized. There should be more restaurant options instead of just one, especially considering how large the hotel is and how many guests it accommodates. That one restaurant simply can’t handle the demand.

C’est la deuxième fois que je vais dans cet hôtel… je voudrais remercier Katharina pour avoir eu un lit pour deux…. Je voudrais faire un gros bisou à mon cuisinier Mohamed qui va se reconnaître, je voudrais faire des gros bisous à mes deux fils adoptifs. mbappé que j’ai surnommé, il est au bord de la piscine sur le deuxième hôtel et le deuxième Mahmoud…. et je voudrais remercier mamie que j’ai surnommé, elle est au spa et aussi Sallem. Je fais des clins d’œil à tout le monde car j’avais l’impression d’être à la maison de revoir tous mes amis. Et je fais un gros bisou à tout le monde, les cuisiniers, les nouvelles personnes des bars autres personnes que j’ai connu. J’ai eu un petit passement au cœur car je n’ai pas revu Ahmed de l’année dernière, il faisait pas partie de l’équipe de cette année…. Je suis prête à revenir encore dans cet hôtel pour passer des nouveaux moments de plaisir. Peut-être l’année prochaine Inch’Allah J’aimerais dire un petit mot, c’est vrai que je n’ai pas d’enfants, mais je trouve que les animateurs ne sont pas assez proches des clients, j’aurais voulu passer des bons moments à rire ou même à rigoler avec les animateurs, comme des jeux ou autre au mois de septembre, nous avons eu l’après-midi mousse sur la plage et cette année, rien pour la semaine où je suis allé….

was a very nice holiday. very nice staff.. ibrahem from reception new seagull and ahmed beach boy and nice lady in bar new seagull. a perfect place to realax.. activates for children.. the food is fresh....wifi is good..its super holiday..the locationof hotel is nice... see you next year
