A very nice hotel for couples the room was very nice and also the food

From a couple of friends that travel with some regularity we can say that this hotel is one of the best we've been to for our winter escape. We stayed in one of the quiet rooms with private pool and it was just great. Despite being very pleasant and well kept, I wouldn’t say that the room itself is of a 5* but the cleanliness and housekeeping staff are definitely 5*. Even our pool was cleaned on a daily basis, usually early in the morning… without we noticed anything (no noise). The hotel is beautiful and spotless clean! In all honesty the staff here is a plus to the hotel. From the restaurant to the bar, from the housekeeping to general cleaners and SPA all staff are gorgeous… and this includes reception, chefs behind the buffet counter and beach staff. Nothing is too much, and everyone is keen to go that extra mile if needed… with a smile! A massive thank you to our excellent room attendant, Ramadan! Ramadan cleaning standards, attention to detail, kindness, politeness was superb. Nothing was too much… and always with a smile! The food has a wide variety of choice. It changes on a daily basis and there’s always something you’ve never tried before (local stuff). There is also entertainment in the evenings around the outside bar. The outside heaters are on, and everyone seems to have a great time. We met people that have never been there before, and their opinion was the same. We also met some people that have been coming here for 15 years now and according to them it only gets better. Security! I could not leave our feedback without mention the amazing security of the KaiSol Romance Resort. Every time you book something out (we’ve done the journey to the pyramids, Valley of the Kings, safari, etc…) the security at the hotel entrance makes sure he takes note of every detail: who’s picking you up, where are you going, what time you suppose to be back, etc… This is a very good detail from this amazing resort. We feel safe and definitely very well looked after! While we were having a look around the SPA, Mido, one of the SPA team members introduced himself and showed us around. From the beautiful decoration of the whole SPA to the kindness and professionalism of the SPA team, everything seemed to be just a perfect place to spend some of our holiday time. After a brief meeting with Mido and a healthy hibiscus cup of cold refreshing tea we have decided to book our three-day massage package according to our body needs. Straight away, on the same day just after the meeting we had the ‘Deep Tissue’ massage. What can I say? We’ve been spoiled with such amazing massage and professionalism of the team. You feel every muscle they work on, and the relief is unbelievable. Honestly? You feel you don’t want to leave the room! On our way out, Mr Amr, the SPA owner made sure he would introduce himself and ask for our feedback which was obviously great. We had a few massage sessions in the Spa (including haircut, face treatment, manicure and pedicure)

wahren 2 wochen dort zimmer mit meerblick renovierungsbedürftig.wir 2 ehepaare hatten durchfall und erbrechen nach genuss einer suppe .deutsches fernsehen nach 3 tage weg alle anderen pogramme gingen komisch .laute musik auf dem vorplatz richtung meer 7 lieder von 11 uhr bis 19 uhr ständig die selben nervig.armatur der wanne defekt wurde nach reklamation gewechselt eingangstür zimmer türschloss defekt stand stunden unbemerkt auf. kronleuchter im bad hängt zu tief .teilweise caos im restaurant abräumen getränke bringen ps wir sind selber seit 40 jahren vielreisende gastronomen und können das einschätzen

Hôtel très bien si l on ne souhaite pas profiter de la piscine La piscine est petite et enclavé entre 2 bâtiments Le bâtiment front de mer n est pas rénové Les chambres vue mer sont moins bien que les autres mais ont la vue mer Il faut savoir que les animations sont cotés mer mais arrête a 22h30 pile La restauration est de très bonne qualité et la possibilité de manger le soir dans les restaurants a la carte sont un plus Par contre les cocktails sont un peu légers et vous n aurez pas de salé avec pour un 5 étoiles c est un peu juste Ibrahim était responsable de notre étage et au top Le Spa offre également un bon service Ne pas oublier de mettre le petit drapeau rouge à la plage pour ne pas être déranger Un peu d animation comme stretching dans la semaine serait aussi un plus Dans l ensemble hotel de bonne qualité et le personnel adorable

Der Service im Restaurant und in den Bars ist hervorragend. Die Speisen in den Spezialrestaurants und im Bufettrestaurant werden heiß serviert. Die Mitarbeiter am Strand, im Roomservice, an der Rezeption sind freundlich und kundenorientiert. Wir haben nichts vermisst.
