離go bus站很遠，離機場距離還ok。 全是歐美老頭老太太。 不過環境很棒，有私人海灘。

Stayed here in November and it is a very good quality hotel. Reception were very helpful and we were shown to our room very promptly. The room was very clean and had a wonderful sea and pool view from two balconies. The layout of the room was good a with plenty of space. The mini bar had a selection of soft drinks and a few cans of Stella. There were a few minor criticisms of the room namely , we had a jacuzzi on the balcony and in the bath room - neither had instructions on how to use them and it wasn't obvious. We also had a steam room which had no instructions. In fairness someone from housekeeping appeared rather quickly to demonstrate their use but it should not have been necessary. And the final criticism is the size of the wardrobe which was barely big enough for one person let alone two. With regards to the pool - it was quite sizeable with a good availability of sunbeds. The beach is not really a beach as there is no direct access from the sand to the sea as its blocked by a coral reef. The pier does allow access but its just not the same. With regards to dining. The turquoise restaurant is used mainly for buffet breakfast/lunch and evening meal. The quality and range was very good and the waiters were very helpful. We did not have time to try all the a la-carte restaurants so here's the review of the ones we did: Japanese - teppanyaki - good fun with good food and excellent chef. Italian - Very nice food excellent service - could not fault it. The Society Internationale - we eat at this restaurant twice purely because its the only a la Carte restaurant open on a Thursday night. We were sorry we did both times. The food quality was very poor e.g. prawns had NOT been deveined, lamb was massively over cooked, beef was full of gristle etc. Service in what was supposed to be the exclusive restaurant was poor.

Best service ever, thanks to Mr Khaled, Alaa at restaurant, karam the life guard and of course Mr Ramy Gad who went above and beyond to make this our best vacation ever, there is absolutely nothing that we asked Mr Ramy and he didn’t make it happen, for sure we will be back

our first time in Egypt,we had a fab time at Le Reve.A beautiful hotel that was so clean and comfortable,The room was big with a comfy bed and spotless,our cleaner Amira did an amazing job every day.The food provided was good quality and plentiful,really tasty and hot.We enjoyed Bella the best from the Al a carte selection.The pools and gardens are beautiful and very well cared for.Lots of room around the pool,no issues with sunbeds for us.The drinks were pretty good but would perfer branded spirits.Cocktails in the long bar were the best.Pool bar at night was great fun with the entertainment.We really liked the lobby bar,nice and chilled.All staff throught the whole complex are amazing,hard working and very friendly,we really were looked after very well.Thank you Refaat at the pool bar,a great guy.Christiana at guest relations,Mohamad at the pool bar in the evening and all pool bar staff.The GM comes round every day chatting to guests,a lovely touch and a really nice man too.Our Tui rep Sayeed was amazing thank you.Reception staff were fab.The reception toilets amazed me,they were beautiful.A truly wonderful hotel with amazing staff.We would 100% return and recommend to everyone.Thank you all💗 room 1417.Ally and Graham.

We have stayed in this hotel for the first time. We really enjoyed our stay. Egyptians are welcoming. Food was excellent, we have never been in a such high quality hotel. Very clean, everything was perfect ! We would like to thank Ahmed who cleaned on a daily basis our room (2324), very friendly and professional. Hope to see him next time. Many tanks to Ahmed from Ossiano restaurant who was speaking and learning French :) great person as well. We highly appreciated staff speaking English and French as Ramy. Merci ! We will come back for sure ! Merci merci ☺️
