酒店雖然運行了二十多年，但維護很好。房間就是一棟獨棟小平層，很寬敞。早餐是點餐的，但比自助的更可口美味。酒店海灘沒人又乾淨，適合浮潛。泳池正對大海，第一天小朋友在裏面玩兒時，不知什麼東西把腳趾劃傷了。游泳時要當心。酒店外面沒有商業和餐廳，出行需要車接送。

房間很大，是單獨的小套間。來往正門會有高爾夫車，開車的服務人員每一位都很nice，和我們聊天並介紹酒店景點。 酒店的餐廳和泳池都非常美，食物也很好吃，主廚看我們是中國人，早餐特意做了中式炒麪，非常貼心。 house keeping的工作人員每天給我們疊不同的小動物，很有趣。

環境一流，很安靜的度假酒店。就是服務生有點太功利，小費給的多少決定了他們服務的熱情程度

全程本來最期待的酒店，在印度體驗過奧貝羅伊都會被征服，結果到了埃及，一進門就感覺不太對。每個人臉上都沒有笑容，除了個別的人有服務意識，其他的感覺都是敷衍了事。而且很明顯的對於白人，他們會更加熱情，下次不會再選這家酒店了。當然環境和設施還是很不錯的，但是住Oberoi期待的是服務確是最失望的。

Unbelievable views, great diving and best in class hospitality all add up to create a memorable experience (worth the premium over other similar experiences). The dining experience (and Chef Singh's omnipresence) is the icing on the cake. Internet and TV options could be a bit better. Lots of kids activities and a great "what can we do to make your holiday better" attitude go a long way to remind us all the difference between The Oberoi and other options.

Excellent resort and best location along the Red Sea. Food +accommodation and hospitality of the staff was excellent /friendly/helpful especially the restaurant staff who worked ever so hard to cater for any eventuality. Our special thanks goes to the Exe Chef and his team who looked after us so well. Recommenced to anyone who wishes to visit this part of the world.

Chill-out place with a lot of space and a very friendly & competent staff. Meals ok but choice for lunch at the pergola quiet small for someone like me who takes only breakfast & lunch pro day. True the ventilation system, you can hear your neighbours : mine had just their honeymoon-night...

Everything was perfect except there is no evening activities, no Shisha and the food choices are limited throughout alacarte only and no open poffiete

The Oberoi Sahl Hasheesh exceeded our expectations at every level. While the property itself is luxurious and beautiful at all levels with the big suites with an amazing bed, big bathroom, separate living area, outside space with dining table and loungers and cloakroom, big and extremely clean infinity swimming pool, a great spa, the main star of this property are its staff. No ask from a guest is too much for them and they all fulfil it with smile. Our primary waiting staff, the pool staff and the life guard, our primary housekeeper, the front desk staff, the diving center staff , the spa staff were all excellent. However, the star of this show is their executive chef, Mr Pappu Singh and teh food which his chef team produce. Each and every dish ordered by us was absolutely delicious. Mr Pappu, exemplifies the Oberoi Service value, personally mingles with every guest and makes sure that they have truly amazing holiday experience. I would definitely return to experience this amazing hospitality

This place is simply Amazing to say the least from staff professionals to great food quality and the sheer sense of being pampered. The suites are exquisite and the quality of service provided unmatchable will surely be visiting again and again.

Absolutely exceptional stay at the Oberoi Sahl Hasheesh. The best resort in Hurghada. The service on all fronts exceeded expectations, many complimentary items to service their customers where requested, the staff at the Oberoi make you feel at home & welcome 24/7. The diving centre, the restaurant, the pool, the rooms, the grounds. All of the above were 10/10 for cleanliness & condition. Already missing my time there. I will be back iA.
