JAZ BLUEMARINE

By far the best AI I've ever been to. The staff work tirelessly to make your stay great and the place is spotless. The rooms are lovely, spacious, free drinking water, free beach towels in your room, no faffing with deposits or queuing for fresh towels at a hut, just leave them out to be replaced with your bath towels. Mahmoods towel art is exceptional as well as his cleaning, room was spotless. He's such a great guy. Entertainment team are also exceptional. Poppy, abdo, Ahmed, G, Anya, Hannah, Chey et al. They're fantastic. The term "WATER POLO" will bring me put in cold sweats for months. The entire team were fun, friendly and inclusive of everyone regardless of shape, nationality or ability. Just watching them is exhausting, they work so hard. The drinks in the bars were nice and the ice is safe regardless of what anyone says. Round the top pool Ahmed worked hard to bring us cold drinks constantly with a friendly smile and Mohammed at the terrace bar at Aquamarine was exceptional too. The complex is huge. Never struggled to get sunbeds even with 5 of us. Pool staff constantly working hard keeping the area clean, picking up stray twigs and cups that the breeze carried off. They also help you find a good spot too. Food is nice, lots of variety and choice. Korean chicken at the snack bar was amazing too. Breakfast at the buffet as far as hot options was limited, but plenty of other choices including fresh omelette, bread, pastries, cereal, cold cheeses and meats. Only staff member that was a bit rude and brusque was one of the receptionists who was a bit short tempered with me when I was asking about keeping one of our rooms for a late checkout. But I just remained calm, smiled and thanked him not adding to the icy atmosphere. The other receptionist I dealt with was lovely and really friendly and helpful. The 24hr pharmacy at the front of the hotel is not 24hrs. Granted it was 1 am on a Thursday, but I didnt realise 24hrs wasn't what it meant. There are some shops to the front of the hotel. If you exit reception and turn left you will find Ali at ASDAA. Yeah, really. Sells everything from suncream to Gucci bags to Redbull. You can cut a good deal with him and he's really friendly. Overall had a fantastic time and already been on the Google machine looking when to come back. Thank you everyone at Jaz Bluemarine, you're all brilliant human beings and we adore you all. 🤗

An amazing 10 days- Room was cleaned everyday and was always left with towel decorations. Restraunt staff were absolutely amazing always so pleasant. Entertainment was always so great to watch! We went on the quad bikes and that was an awesome trip so would definitely recommend. Would definitely return.

Globalement c'est un bon hôtel. Le + : Les piscines, il y en a partout et pour tous les goûts. Certaines sont chauffées ce qui est très agréable en avril. Beaucoup de toboggans, pour tous les âges ce qui est fort apprécié par les enfants (Et les adultes). Les chambres sont très correctes. Le Jaz Bluemarine est un peu loin de la plage, l'hôtel Aquamarine sépare la plage à l'hôtel Bluemarine, on a accès aux deux hôtels (restaurants, infrastructures etc) ce qui laisse du choix. Mais par contre en additionnant les deux hôtels cela fait plus de 1000 chambres donc je vous laisse imaginer le monde que ça fait dans les restaurants ... Beaucoup de bruit et ça donne effet "cantine", ça résonne etc. Les restaurants à la carte même si on veut les réserver le jour de l'arrivée, la plupart sont déjà complets pour la semaine. Le personnel ça reste correct. Plusieurs places de jeux sympas et des petites voiturettes peuvent vous amener de l'hôtel Bluemarine à la plage. En parlant de la plage, très décevant car on ne peut pas se baigner, l'eau reste à la hauteur des genoux ... Et si on marche dans l'eau pour aller plus loin, il y a les kitesurf donc à vos risques de vous ramasser un kitesurfeur au passage. Un gros point négatif sur la nourriture malheureusement .... En soit elle n'est pas mauvaise mais par contre de gros problèmes d'hygiène, nous sommes les 4 tombés malades dont les enfants qui ont eu des vomissements durant deux nuits consécutives et pourtant on a fait très très attention (eau en bouteille, pas de fruits non pelés, pas de glaçon etc) mais même avec ça ça n'a pas suffit. L'hygiène, la nourriture réchauffées etc est juste déplorable. Nous avons vu des enfants partir vomir en plein repas ... Donc hôtel à déconseiller pour la nourriture !!! Et prenez des médicaments avec vous !!

Sea frontage is pushing it. A good 15mins walk from reception to the beach. Not good in 30deg+. This is definitely a family hotel. As a elderly couple, we felt slightly out of place. With every couple having a pushchair and a couple of screaming kids hanging on. Meal time was a noisy option. And loads of children in there kids clubs. Unless you speak German or Russian it's difficult. I went to do some diving, but too many boats and people. Surprisingly no fish. Would I go back again? NO
