The animation team is the highlight of the hotel, always full of energy and fun. The bar staff are excellent, very friendly, always smiling, and quick to serve anything you ask for. The hotel itself is nice and comfortable. The sea is disappointing. The food is average and feels repetitive. The rooms are clean but need renovation

The hotel is absolutely amazing in every aspect! I would like to give special thanks to the Animation Team for creating such a fun and energetic atmosphere throughout our stay. Also, a big thanks to the Room Service Team for their professionalism, quick response, and always welcoming smiles, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The only challenge I faced was with the customer service hotline and official emails, as I had a booking issue through Trip.com. To be fair, Trip.com were very responsive and answered all my inquiries, but unfortunately, they could not reach the hotel’s customer service directly. Despite this, my overall experience at the hotel was unforgettable, and I definitely look forward to coming back soon. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect vacation in Hurghada.

We stayed 4 nights at the hotel. The hotel was really clean and food quality was amazing specially the seafood day(needs a little bit more variety only). The bars were great, and the activities organized by the animation team during the day and night were great. Really recommend for families.

Nice for family

非常不滿意，嚴重配不上1400人民幣的定位。房間到處都是灰塵，洗澡地方還有施工沒完成的地方完**露，前台更是令人無語，我們要雙人房，一共換了三次才找到一個角落房間，酒店裡含的全包，幾個特色餐館全都需要提前好幾天預約？唯一一個餐廳早中晚三餐餐品基本大同小異，最不能忍受的是私人沙灘浮潛水質特別差！什麼都看不到！我覺得酒店完全應該退我錢！酒店位置那麼偏，來回打車全都加錢，非常不好的體驗！

رائع جدا النضافه بكل مكان عاليه الستف ودود جدا وتعامله راقي جدا وخدوميين جدا سواء العاملين بالمطاعم و العاملين عند المسابح وبكل مكان الانميشن تيم رائع ونشيط وفقراتهم لزيزه وهما بشوشيين كتيير تنوع بالأكل ووجود سناكات خلال وقت السباحه وانتشار جوس بار بكل جهه وجود مسابح كتير بتناسب كل الاعمار والاكوا بارك ومتنوعه بكل مكان وفي خاصه للاطفال وقعدة شط البحر جميله جدا وفعاليات وحفلات وكل مره بكون بطابع غير ومنوع العيب الوحيد الي واجهناه التأخر بالشيك ان ودخول للغرفة تقريبا ساعتين انتظار غير هيك كل شي بيرفكت واكيد هنكررها😍

環境還不錯 大型水上遊樂場 包三餐 餐食豐富 個人感覺口味偏歐 沒有強制小費 專屬沙灘 晚上可以躺椅上吹吹海風非常安逸

目前入住還不錯，只是服務人員的態度不是太好，全包式度假區連酒水都含可以用到晚上12點，果汁、礦泉水、汽水、啤酒、調酒均有，飯店設施也很不錯

房間太老，設施老舊，而且衞生堪憂。水上樂園不錯，自助餐廳很好。

⸻ I just spent one week at Sunrise Alora, and I honestly cannot thank them enough. The service at this hotel is truly outstanding. I was upgraded to a better room by the kindest and most helpful Mustafa. The Front Manager, Osama, was also absolutely fantastic. Every single person working at this hotel delivered exceptional service. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but I have to say, the service here is truly unique. They do everything they can to make sure their guests have an amazing experience — from the chefs and housekeepers to the waiters and receptionists. The food at the à la carte restaurants was incredibly good! This was the first time I left a hotel feeling genuinely sad to go. A heartfelt thank you for the top-notch service we received. Everything is excellent !! Location wow , food variety and very tasty , beach is wonderful , pools , room is very clean good

I felt completely safe at Sunrise Alora Aqua Park Resort. The staff throughout the resort are incredibly friendly and polite, and there are lots of bars and plenty of excellent food choices. I spent most of my time by the Adult Only pool as I just wanted to chill. The bar staff there were fabulous, especially Omar, who provided great service. I appreciated the option to collect a 'red flag' if I didn't want to be approached by any staff, but I never felt the need to use it as everyone was so professional and friendly. I stayed in room 6183 and Mohammed Attallah from Housekeeping was absolutely fantastic. When I reported that the fridge was not working, he dealt with it quickly and efficiently, and I had a working fridge in next to no time. The room was always spotless when I returned, and his towel creations every day were amazing and always made me smile—so creative! (I won't post any pics as I don't want to spoil anyone's surprise). He consistently checked if everything was okay and if I needed anything before he finished for the day. I have travelled a lot, and the level of customer service provided by Mohammed was by far the best I have ever received. I have never stayed in the same hotel twice as I like new experiences but I would defiantly consider returning here, either alone or with friends as I had such a great time and all the other guests I spoke to agreed. I highly recommend this resort for solo travellers, couples, friends and families as it has something for everyone.

The animation here are amazing, good with children and involving then in activities. Many activities here we loved bocca and darts. Food is great and the rooms are big
