Titanic Beach - Families and Couples Only

From my first interaction with Maria from Guest services prior to arrival. We knew the hotel would look after us. As an Autistic adult that requires a couple of things Maria took care of it and was excellent. The hotel is spotless and in arrival walking to our room post midnight we saw a fox in the garden which was a lovely bonus. It just stared at us for a moment then carried on with it's walk unphased. Everything was perfect for us. Great food. Enjoyed all ala carte apart from Grill it was nice just not our thing. Fav was Lebanese. Japanese and Italian. Dining room waiters so attentive and really eager to supply drinks etc. Hotel Boss Mina usually wandering about. I wish he would smile more 😂😂. Really enjoyed the laid back entertainement. Didn't bother with animation shows. Beach area clean and loved walking into sea. Safy in the coffee shop is a great guy and the coffee is always superb. Slides were good went on a couple and the lazy river. The staff at the wave pool were friendly and attentive with or without a tip. Our room was cleaned daily no complaints at all lovely refurb room. Negatives. People selling trips but ask for a red flag. It'd not that bad. Splattering mozzies in the room. We were given a room stray that helped. Plug didn't hold the water to get a shave. I got used to the Mrs having a moustache by the end of the week All in all a great week. Really fabulous hotel. Excellent value for money. It was our 4th visit and we will return.

Отель очень хороший. В несезон он заполнен полностью. Номер в котором мы были неплох. Не убитый. Убирают каждый день, миник пополняют. Проблемы решают. Территория большая, красивая, зеленая. По утрам цапельки гуляют. Можно пользоваться всеми услугами соседнего Пэласа, в том числе ресторанами. Пляж - лягушатник, почти отливы каждый день до самого дна. Но есть пирс. Для кого то он покажется длинным, но нам норм. Там можно и поплавать и рыбок посмотреть. Риф есть, неплохой, рыбок много. Питание хорошее. Был неприятный случай, когда в рыбе нашла паразита. Сразу показала сотрудникам. Сильно извинялись, предлагали лично для меня приготовить другую рыбу. Но уже есть не хотелось)) Понятное дело, что от этого не застрахован никто, но видно, что рыбу берут дешевую, не проверяя. После принесли в номер фрукты. Естественно рыбу не убрали со столов : Это пожалуй единственное что омрачило отдых. Каждый четверг рыбный день - креветки, крабы. Мясо, птица есть всегда. Фрукты, сладкое. В общем кухня без изысков, но можно выбрать. Нам за 2 недели не надоела. Бассейны есть подогреваемые, но не сильно. Бары. Полотенца выдают. Есть тренажерка. Анимация тоже есть, в течении дня и вечерняя. Детская и взрослая. Иногда это программа типа циркача, иногда пресловутые конкурсы "мисс отель". Русские, немцы, британцы, поляки, в основном. Персонал услужлив, улыбаются и готовы помочь, причем искренне, это видно. За пределами отеля магазинчики-разводилы, аптеки-дороже чем где-либо и тд. Такси мимо ездят. Территорию обрабатывают от комаров каждый вечер, но у нас в номере их была просто тьма. Причем окна не открывали. Попросили фумитокс и спрей(местный дихлофос),все принесли и дали бесплатно. Но это не спасало, спать невозможно. Везите брызгалки для тела. В целом, отель в который я бы вернулась.

Booked this hotel as a suitable location for a family get away, a couple (60s), son (30’s) and grandson (low teens). Located about a 20 min drive from Hurghada airport, 30 min drive to Hurghada marina (loads of traffic) Rooms 1313,1314 near reception complex overlooking the first pool. Initially concerned we might pick up noise from pool activities, needn’t have worried it’s not been a problem at all. We have 2 large single beds and a sofa bed, rooms are spacious, cleaned Dailey and want for nothing. A nice touch is teamaking facilities and a fridge in each room, stocked daily with water. Bathroom with walk in shower. Air con which is an absolute must. Short walk to reception, all pools and the beach area. Ample sun beds in the complex and nice shaded beach refuges. At the beach a pier gives access to deeper water with safe snorkelling and abundant marine life. There are various water slides etc on the campus. Food very good. 2 buffet restaurants on demand and a series of more specialised restaurants that can be pre booked. There is a reciprocal arrangement with the Titanic Palace hotel next door, you can eat there too, the menu in the buffet seems to be identical so we didn’t bother. A couple of the specialty restaurants (Indian, Mexican) are located on this side. Staff all very friendly with beaming smiles and a willing “good morning” available 24/7. There is a small army of workers constantly sweeping, cleaning and keeping on top of maintenance. I’m honestly struggling to find a negative in terms of a family holiday, hence the 5*. If I’m being very picky an a la carte Egyptian restaurant would be nice addition

Das Hotel ist Mega schön und sauber und Personal sehr freundlich. Die Mitarbeiter an der Pool Bar Ahmed, Ali und Hussen sind einfach nur die besten Mitarbeiter die es dort gibt. Ich danke diesen Menschen das es Sie gibt, war ein Mega schöner Urlaub und es war definitiv nicht der letzte Urlaub dort🫶🏼

Wir wurden von Roomboy beklagt, vom Manager belogen und verarscht. Das schlechteste Hotel in Hurghada. Finger weg... Wir ( 9 Personen) werden diese Hotelgruppe nie wieder nutzen und wir raten jeden davon ab... Auch der VIP Status (210 € Aufpreis) ist eine absolute verarsche...

The bad bits. The Hotel is average and needs some TLC, (painting, broken escalator with no lifts, fridge in room not working). The menu in the main buffet is limited especially if you are vegetarian. The chicken soup in the Mexican and the vegetable soup in the Indian are basically frozen veg in water. Add chicken if required!! The pier is in poor condition and needs repair Now for the one serious issue. I am A type1 diabetic and suffer with my feet. Whilst relaxing by the pool I was approached by a member of the Saya spar staff and offered a “medical pedicure” for €80 for 2 treatments. I explained my condition and was assured that all the staff were fully trained. During the treatment my foot was cut deeply on my heel. This has caused a good deal of pain for the rest of my holiday. We complained and eventually received a full refund. I would avoid the Spa completely as there are local alternatives at a much more reasonable price. Now for the good bits I can honestly say that the Spa management apart the Staff at Titanic Beach are among the best I have experienced. All couldn’t do enough for you ( including retrieving a pair of my shorts that blew off of our balcony) the staff around the pool kept us well hydrated the entire time we were there!! And a special mention for Sherif who took it upon himself to organise our restaurant bookings. The Lebanese restaurant is our favourite. Snorkelling great for kids from end of pier.

Insgesamt ein erholsamer und schöner Urlaub. Besonders gefallen haben uns der Aquapark, das Hausriff und die Themenrestaurants. Nicht so gut gefallen hat uns das Essen an den Snackbars und das Abendbuffet. Der Service war durchwachsen. In unserer Ersten Woche haben wir leider trotz Trinkgeld Vergabe so gut wie keinen Service erhalten. In unserer Zweiten Woche haben wir dann jedoch Eslam (435) kennengelernt. Er arbeitet am Abend im Grill Restaurant und am Tage an der Strandbar. Er ist wirklich der Beste und hat uns die leckersten Cocktails gemacht. Auch im Buffet Restaurant haben wir in der zweiten Woche einen tollen Service erhalten.

Wij zijn bij Titanic geweest met 2 gezinnen voor een last minute en hadden wat twijfels bij het lezen van de wisselende beoordelingen, maar bij aankomst werd dit gelijk recht getrokken. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad en onze kinderen hebben zich heerlijk vermaakt. Het eten is meer als prima en het personeel doet zijn uiterste best om je verblijf zo plezierig mogelijk te maken. De kamer waren lichtelijk gedateerd maar zeer goed bijgehouden en schoongemaakt. Het meest fan waren we van het animatieteam die zijn uiterste best deed om onze kiddos tevreden te houden. (best lastig wegens de leeftijdsverschillen tussen puber en peuter haha)

We are here now on our 14th visit. This time with more family members. Each and everyone say how good the service is and how friendly and helpful the staff are. Mohamed in the photo is with my parents and he is a top man. Always smiling and making sure you are happy and have what you need. He is one of the reasons we keep coming back and we hope he is here for a long time. Top man in a top hotel.
