Bon rapport qualité prix, à proximite de tous les services, chambre propre, lits très confortables 🙂 Douche avec serviettes et échantillons. On nous a ouvert à 4h am, en arrivant d'un vol vers Toronto. Parfait pour une courte escale pour dormir. Stationnement gratuit

STAY AWAY Trying to cancel my reservation for a month from now. I called and they directed me to a section of their website that does not exist. Apparently, there is no other way to cancel a reservation. I called two separate times and spoke to a woman who was extremely rude and told me to shut up and do what she told me. Which I would gladly do if that section of your terrible website was there. No response the the numerous emails I have sent. I will be filing a fraud complaint with my credit card company should any charges appear. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this scam operation. I highly recommend the Motel 6 in Huntsville.

Booked online and was having problems with email being in the provincial park. Called the hotel to see if booking went through was told they did not have one and they were full. Booked another room and went on with my day. 7 days later I am charged 300 dollars for a room I did not stay in. When I contacted the hotel to look into the charges I was told ro shut up and he would not explain charges just that I wasted his time. I sent confirmation of my call history too show I called and was told there was no booking. I find this guy to be shady he took my money and more then likely still Booked the room. Stay away

Clean, up to date, comfortable. Family staff very friendly and accommodating. My phone battery had died and I did not have my charger with me. Owner installed a charger in my room and ensured that it was working. No extra charge on my billing. Got back online and connected. Superb service. I will revisit this hotel in a heart beat next time I am in the area.

Chambre propre! Douche et toilette propre! C'est ce qui est le plus important! Pour le prix c'est parfait. Petite table et 2 chaises, grands miroirs, pas d'odeur désagréable, les draps et serviettes sentent bons.

Very comfortable beds, nicely renovated rooms, nice bathroom. Somehow the towel count was short, only 1 in the room, we should have told them at the front desk as they thought we had taken them when we left. We certainly would never do that, we have more than enough at home and more to our taste. The owner was adamant that he and his wife do the rooms themselves and were sure they had supplied the room. I explained we are not liars and would never do that or even want them. He finally agreed not to charge us for them. Make sure you bring anything missing in the room to the front desk’s attention right away to avoid an issue like this . They are a small business and need to control their inventory also so I can understand their argument . We were there for a short time so it wasn’t a big deal to have the extra towel but in hind sight next time if we notice a shortage when checking in we will bring it to their attention right away. Otherwise everything was good , good location for the purpose of our stay.

We were very disappointed the advertised breakfast on the booking site was not offered. This should have been removed if they weren’t offering it. We booked this room because of this. The Outside grounds needed a little refreshing up. Some fresh paint, etc.
