"We checked into the Hyatt Regency 501 at Dulles International Airport in Virginia. I didn't know why the deluxe king room I booked was changed to a double room. The most intolerable thing was that when I went to the bathroom to urinate at 12:30, the flushing system did not work and the toilet water overflowed. I hurriedly took a few towels to surround the toilet. I hurriedly woke up my wife and called the front desk. Although the maintenance technician came up to solve the problem quickly, I was dissatisfied with this room because I booked a deluxe king room without breakfast. Because I brought some special diet, I thought there would be a microwave in the room to solve the breakfast problem for our family, but there was no microwave in the room. Even urinating can cause the flushing system to not work properly. I have stayed in many hotels and often stay in Hyatt hotels. This is the first time this has happened. As a result, my wife and I are very upset during the tiring journey. It is now 2:00 in the morning. We can't fall asleep and rest well. I am very angry. This is also my first complaint on the Ctrip platform and the first complaint in my life. I hope the platform and the hotel will give me an explanation and solution. I am waiting for your reply. Lots of water offered -brand new, very clean -le Labo products (but not the complimentary travel sized ones) -doorman was so nice, when we checked out he watched my children while I got my car from the garage and pulled around (tipped him well!) -parking garage a little confusing, but it’s only $15/night to self park. $45 for valet -beds super comfy -did not get an upgrade at check in (titanium) despite hotel seeming pretty empty -mentioned birthday at restaurant on site, nothing done to acknowledge"

"We had a pleasant two-night stay at the Residence Inn Reston Town Center. The location is great right by the Metro stop and a short walk to Reston Town Center with all its restaurants and shops. The check-in staff was very nice and helpful. We liked that the parking garage had bike racks. The hotel is brand new, so everything is nice and clean and fairly modern. We had a one-bedroom suite with two queen beds and a sofa bed. It was as standard as it gets, though again it was nice that everything was new, clean and it good working order. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the outdoor play area right by the hotel. I don't expect too much out of the Residence Inn breakfast buffets, though this one was pretty good."
