숙박 내내 정말 만족스러웠습니다! 객실이 깔끔하고 정돈이 잘 되어 있었으며, 침대도 매우 편안해서 푹 쉴 수 있었습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 세심하게 응대해 주셔서 기분 좋게 머물렀습니다. 위치도 좋아서 주변 관광지나 교통 이용이 편리했어요. 다음에도 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔입니다!

美國現在的服務真一般，房間垃圾桶裏還有之前住户留下的垃圾，和前台溝通不當回事簡單回覆會安排人來處理。我也真無語😓

We checked into the Hyatt Regency 501 at Dulles International Airport in Virginia. I didn't know why the deluxe king room I booked was changed to a double room. The most intolerable thing was that when I went to the bathroom to urinate at 12:30, the flushing system did not work and the toilet water overflowed. I hurriedly took a few towels to surround the toilet. I hurriedly woke up my wife and called the front desk. Although the maintenance technician came up to solve the problem quickly, I was dissatisfied with this room because I booked a deluxe king room without breakfast. Because I brought some special diet, I thought there would be a microwave in the room to solve the breakfast problem for our family, but there was no microwave in the room. Even urinating can cause the flushing system to not work properly. I have stayed in many hotels and often stay in Hyatt hotels. This is the first time this has happened. As a result, my wife and I are very upset during the tiring journey. It is now 2:00 in the morning. We can't fall asleep and rest well. I am very angry. This is also my first complaint on the Ctrip platform and the first complaint in my life. I hope the platform and the hotel will give me an explanation and solution. I am waiting for your reply. 性價比超高

是華盛頓機場附近酒店，機場shuttle很方便，每半小時發車一次。設施環境都很好，但是不提供免費礦泉水也沒有玻璃杯，不太方便。

Everything is good, but there is no water in the room, and I have to pay for a 9 dollars water from deposit, that is a bad experience…

臨時中轉的酒店有機場巴士非常方便。每隔15分鐘或者半個鍾就有一班。

酒店位於機場附近，有穿梭巴士接送機，非常方便。酒店房間一流，舒適、寬敞，衹可惜到達已經很晚了，有很早離開，沒有好好享受。

공항이랑 가까워서 정말 편했었어요.

雙床加沙發床，大到可以睡六個人

千萬注意有孩子帶長者入住這個酒店的時候，特別要關注衞生間的洗澡🛁籠頭，出熱水要1分多鐘，水温不太穩定，龍頭也比較難控制，停車費是15美元一天，不是10美元，咖啡機不能做熱水衹能咖啡☕️

房間很大，也很乾凈，大床睡的很舒服，工作人員也都很nice。全天24h都有免費的bus送你去機場，一次非常好的入住體驗。
