First, the air-conditioning system in my current room is extremely problematic. The bed is positioned directly under the air-conditioning vent, and the airflow is extremely strong and noisy. The fan speed cannot be adjusted, and it feels as if a hairdryer is blowing directly onto my ears throughout the night. It is impossible to sleep under such conditions. I have never experienced such a loud and uncomfortable air-conditioning system in any hotel before. I reported this issue to the front desk, and they explained that it was due to the design of the unit. I requested a room change, but was told that all 300 rooms were fully booked, which I find very difficult to believe.
Second, when I first checked into the room, I immediately noticed discrepancies between the room and the photos advertised online. I raised this issue with the front desk, but they insisted the room was correct and blamed the misleading impression on the photos posted on your website.
Third, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room were far below expectations. The bathroom drainage system was faulty, causing water to pool on the floor while I was taking a shower. This is not only uncomfortable but also poses a safety hazard.
In addition, I would like to point out that communication with the front desk staff was very difficult, as many of them seemed to be unable to converse properly in English. This made resolving issues even more frustrating.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my stay. I had higher expectations for the quality of service and facilities based on the hotel’s reputation. These issues have significantly impacted my comfort and experience.
I sincerely hope that the management will take these matters seriously and provide a proper explanation or resolution.
