I stayed in Room 112 No hot water. Shower is slow. Air Conditioning is not work properly, I set 16C but similar with room temperature. Near hotel there is Angelato Resto, this is good resto.

I booked this hotel as it was suggested by the dive shop I used during my stay and the photos looked good. I booked the deluxe room but was disappointed when I got to my room, especially when compared to the front of the hotel. I imagine the pandemic hasn't helped, and perhaps the place was once a good option, but my deluxe room was basic and very tired looking - especially the bathroom. When I compare it to homestays in Bali for about the same price, this definitely was not what I had expected. The breakfast was very poor - a sandwich with lots of margarine and chocolate sprinkles for the filling, accompanied by some fruit, a few bits of tomato and some sliced cucumber. To be clear, I wasn't expecting a continental breakfast or anything fancy but it would have been good to be given an option such as eggs and toast. During the night, the lamps in the corridors outside the rooms are left on and there is no option for guests to turn them off themselves. The curtains do not block this light out so, at 23.45, I eventually went to speak to someone about turning the lights off. I was told that they do not get turned off until 5am as it would be too dark otherwise(!). However, the light directly outside my room was turned off enabling me to get some sleep at last. The grounds across from the hotel had music playing in the evening which could be heard in the hotel so I ended up putting my headphones on to try to block it out. I understand this is common in Indonesia, and not the fault of the hotel, but it's something to consider if you will have down time in the hotel in the afternoon. Thankfully the hotel allowed me to check out the following morning despite me having asked to stay a week.

A very pleasant trip to the city of Gorontalo, for accommodation we couldn't go wrong with choosing a good cheap hotel, prime location, easy to find food and lots of convenience stores and close to souvenir shops, walking distance to the nearest mall. Friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfast food is ok

A few months ago and these became some of my destinations in the city of Gorontalo, Sulawesi, which made an impression on me when I visited Saronde Island and Olele Beach with a local guide around to guide me in choosing several interesting and visitable spots, many tourists like me also went to Gorontalo to enjoying the beautiful beaches here and while trying scuba diving here, staying a few nights was my choice at this hotel. New Melati Hotel was the choice from my search on Google, and the service here is very familiar to tourists like me so it is very helpful with the existing facilities and is very good , thank you for the impression.

To the city of Gorontalo to visit the family who will be holding a wedding, yes, to be precise at the New Melati Hotel, we stayed 2 nights here, from the service to the facilities, everything was really good. The rooms were comfortable and the food was delicious.

After leaving the Togean Islands, we needed a place to stay in Gorontalo before we caught a flight back to Makassar. Our island resort noted that many of their customers often stayed in the New Melati Hotel. We arranged for transport from the Gorontalo ferry through the hotel and were met by a tuk-tuk (motorized rickshaw) driver who loaded up us and our luggage for the 15 minute drive into the town. The New Melati Hotel is a small complex of buildings on a pleasant street with a wide plaza in front (great for walking out at night when it is finally cooler). Our room was adequately furnished, clean, quiet, and with a comfortable bed. The AC was quite tepid, and the bathroom was open to the outside through vents, so it was important to keep the bathroom door closed so as not to make the AC struggle even more. Management spoke English, and it turned out that this is the New Melati Hotel, owned by the great-grandson of the man who began the first Melati Hotel. We met the owner’s grandfather and had a wonderful chat about his project to renovate the original hotel - now in a food court conveniently located next door to the hotel. There is also a mini-mart immediately adjacent, so besides the breakfast in the mornings, it is quite easy to get your other food/snack options satisfied within steps of the hotel. We also wanted to explore the town further, so used the original tuk-tuk driver to take us around the town. It was a perfect stop over place for us, and certainly budget friendly.

I prefer this hotel because of the welcoming staff and good amenities in the rooms at an affordable cost. and, The front desk is welcoming and very helpful, the personnel is polite and friendly, the check-in process is quick, and the food is variety.

The hotel's amenities, which include a conference room, restaurant, and gym, are relatively complete. If you don't like hotel food, there are plenty of places to eat on the road outside the hotel at night; we encourage you to venture out for some gastronomic adventures. The motel is conveniently located.

My goal for a holiday is to find tranquility, and I find complete calm at this hotel, which, in my opinion, has easy access to nearby tourist attractions. As a result, I no longer need to search for alternative routes to the recreation area I want to visit.

The importance of a hotel with a strong network connection cannot be overstated. Because of the spot's poor internet connection, there are frequently a few spots that irritate me. For us as guests, the hotel's wifi is quite useful.

The staff and hotel maids treated me with kindness, and I thought the service was excellent. I believe that the first impression I had of this hotel was sufficient for me to have faith in its comfort and service.
