"Lovely place in a great location, with very friendly and welcoming staff. I thought it was very reasonably priced for the quality of accommodation. It has a warm and traditional chalet feel and was spotlessly clean at all times. We were a group of three, 1 adult, 2 teenage boys (16 and 18) and stayed in a triple room (room 21). The room was nicely decorated, the 3 single beds were comfortable, the bathroom was a decent size, the shower was powerful and always hot. Our room didn't have a balcony, as not every room does, but this didn't bother us particularly. It was a South-facing room, and the view was superb. Breakfast - continental with high quality breads, pastries, cheeses, meats, eggs, cereal, quiche and tarts. Perfect. Wifi - free, not quite up to streaming, but fine for everything else. Ski and boot storage - plenty room in the ski room accessed from outside. Boot room with dryers/warmers accessible from reception. Nearby - 3 ski rental shops within a few meters of the hotel, loads of restaurants and bars within a very short walk. Ski access - bucket lift across the road which takes you to the bottom of the pistes. You can ski back to the hotel, but it's pretty flat so not much good on a snowboard! Criticisms - nothing of note. The room was too hot on the first night, even with the radiator switched off. Open the window in the evening and it's fine, as long as there is no-one singing on the street in the early hours! If I return to Alpe d'Huez, I'll probably go back to this hotel."

"We spent our stay at the Odalys Hotel in Alpes d'Huez. I must express my deep dissatisfaction with the irresponsible and unprofessional attitude of the hotel staff. Despite our multiple attempts to communicate and complain about our belongings left in room 203, including valuable clothing and a Bose charger, we were constantly neglected and ignored by the reception. Their lack of seriousness in handling this situation is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be prestigious. The hotel's inability to recover our personal belongings, especially after only finding the Bose charger, raises serious questions about the security and integrity of the hotel. It is inconceivable that our belongings would have disappeared without any clear explanation from the staff. Ultimately, this experience leaves an extremely negative impression and leaves us feeling neglected, mistreated, and robbed as guests."

"Saapuminen klo 15:30 saadaksesi varaukseni 16h. Lopulta minun piti nostaa äänen, koska klo 17:30 minulla ei vielä ollut huonetta. Näyttää laivan makuuhuoneen käytävässä huoneen, edessä hissit ei ollut rehellisesti arvoinen 4 tähteä. Hotellin sisäänkäynti ei ole poistettu, täynnä lumia ja savukkeita maahan tai murskattu yläkerrassa laatikkoa hotellin kirje."

"Varasimme tämän hotellin verkossa Japanista ja pysyimme neljä yötä jalkapyöräilytapahtumassa. Jopa ennen saapumista vaihdimme useita viestejä hotellihenkilöstön kanssa. Heidän vastauksensa olivat aina nopeita, ystävällisiä ja uskomattoman hyödyllisiä, ja antoivat meille luottamuksen siitä, että olimme valinneet oikean paikan. Kun lopulta saapuimme pitkän matkan jälkeen, lämmin tervetullut oli juuri niin kuin olimme toivoneet. Henkilöstömme ystävällisyys ja todellinen vieraanvaraisuus teki meistä heti rentoutua ja kotona. Sijainti on mielenkiintoinen, upea vuoristo näkymät, ja hotelli itse on kauniisti suunniteltu luomaan rauhallisen ja mukavan ilmapiirin. Se oli täydellinen paikka palata pitkän päivän polkupyöräilyn jälkeen. Jokainen ravintola hotellissa ylitti odotuksemme. Ruoka oli erinomainen, ja nauttia jacuzzi ja uima-allas ympäröimä vuorten oli unohtumaton kokemus. Huolimatta ylellisistä tiloista, hotelli ei koskaan tuntunut muodolliseksi tai pelottavaksi. Sen sijaan se oli lämmin ja tervetullut ilmapiiri, joka antoi meille tuntea täysin helposti. Japanilaisina vierailijoina arvosimme erityisesti, miten kohtelias ja kunnioittava jokainen henkilöstön jäsen oli. Palaisimme onnellisesti Alpe d'Huez vain jäädä takaisin hotellille. Se todella ylitti kaikki odotukset. Kiitos, että teit matkamme niin muistollisen."

"I stayed here with a group of work colleagues for a Winter Confetence. I can’t speak highly enough of the people there who did everything they could to make our stay as great as possible. All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The location is great for access to the slopes with two lifts within a few meters. There are a load of great restaurants within easy reach of the hotel but it also does great food on the premises. The accommodation was really clean and well maintained and there are amazing views from the rooms. I can thoroughly recommend this for a great stay and will definitely be going back."
