This was one of the best ski hotels I have stayed in. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and gave us lots of recommendations for local restaurants which did not disappoint The ski hire is next door and the lift 2 min walk everything is in close proximity. The facilities were great too highly recommend

The best ski hotel I have ever stayed at! Wow, what a hotel and what amazing service you get from all the staff before and during the stay! Booked quite last minute and booked 3 rooms for 8 girls, we had to chop and change the booking a few times before but this wasn’t a problem. I have never ever had a hotel respond so quickly and clearly - huge credit to this hotel. 2 of the girls had bereavements before the ski holiday and the hotel places lovely gifts in all the rooms to welcome us. We had a quadruple room which had lovely views over the town / mountains. Large rooms , 2 showers, a bath and toilet. Rooms were clean and comfortable and lots of wardrobe space and a safe all included. The only negative in the room was it would be great to have tea / coffee facilities so you can have a cuppa while you woke up. I did go downstairs on the morning and bring tea up to the room. No English breakfast tea but I always take my own. The mattresses were a little hard on the bunk beds but other than that they were great. Breakfast was fabulous and the staff really can’t do enough for you. As we were leaving the owner gave me a bottle a of wine to thank me for booking and organising for the girls. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Oh and right next door is the ski hire and 3 min walk to the lifts!! It’s fab, book it!!

L'hôtel est extrêmement propre et idéalement placé pour accéder aux pistes avec les télécabines gratuites. L'équipe est attentionnée et très amicale. Petit plus, la literie est aussi excellente. Le petit déjeuner est copieux pour tenir la matinée sur les pistes.

Absolument tout parfait. Petit déjeuner vraiment bien Chambres propres et bien décorées Si j’en ai la possibilité, je reviendrai. Tout le monde est très gentil souriant et pro. Belle déco. A noter aussi l’hôtel a une belle réputation dans la station

We had a really great stay at Popalp. We had 2 club rooms. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast every morning. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect! Bucket lift immediately outside Ski room. Alp Express lift to Berger is a 3-4 min walk. Close to plenty of restaurants. They also do lunch and evening dining but we mostly ate out as needed a vegan option. We WILL stay here again!

Super hôtel très bien placé pour skier (remontées) Petit-dejeuner continental très bon. Personnels au top, agréables et souriants. Chambre avec balcon donnant plein sud sur les montagnes enneigées magnifique. nous reviendrons volontiers dans cet hôtel
