Hotel w miarę dobrym miejscu. I to jedyny jego atut. Wchodząc do hotelu od wejścia czujesz już zapach stęchlizny, wilgoci. Pokoje również śmierdzą . Łazienka fatalna. Prysznic nie działa , stara nie regulowana słuchawka. Woda leci albo zimna albo wrzątek. Nie ma możliwości ustawić . Żel pod prysznic i szampon na dwie osoby praktycznie nie istnieje.  Zdecydowanie NIE POLECAM buteleczki na jedną kąpiel

Старенький номерной фонд, но при этом очень удачное расположение. Для поездки на выходные - хороший вариант за свои деньги.

Nhân viên ở ksan rất tệ, ko nhiệt tình, ko giới thiệu dịch vụ ksan, buổi đêm thì mình hỏi không có món gì( kể cả mì tôm, bánh, nc ngọt). Ko qtam đến khách cần gì hay muốn gì, thật sự như cái nhà nghỉ chứ ko phải ksan, hồ bơi tgif vắng tanh, ko có NV, ko đảm bảo AN TOÀN khi sử dụng hồ bơi. Lưu trú 3 ngày 2 đêm mà mình ko pik quầy bar_nhà hàng ksan nằm ở đâu, đến nổi mình phải đặt đồ ăn trên app và mua mì tôm về phòng để ăn hoặc ra ngoài ăn. Tôi lưu trú nhiều ksan từ 2⭐ trở lên mà thấy ở đây là tệ nhất. Nhân viên thì thờ ơ mình nghĩ như rô bốt hay sao, tới lúc trả phòng thay vì bell hoạc lễ tân lên nhắc thì đằng này lại ns bảo vệ lên nhắc,(tôi cứ tưởng mình đã phá hay lm gì ảnh hưởng ấy chớ). Nếu tôi trở lại công tác thì tôi chắc sẽ ko trở lại và ko giới thiệu chỗ này cho người quen tôi ở. GOOD BYE NO SEE (chưa bao giờ mình phải lên đây để đánh giá 1 cơ sở ksan nào đên mức này)

Pretty over priced if I’m honest, the cleanlines standards were not great for a hotel. Mould in the curtains and in the bathroom. Bed was quite uncomfortable at times. WiFi didn’t work in my room or at the pool. However was a spacious room, great location and nice pool with great views. Not bad but I’m sure there would be better options out there around the same price

Our original hotel turned out to no longer be in business so we stayed here last minute. The room we were given had mould on the ceiling and felt very damp, as air con did not work (probably hadn’t for a while considering how damp the room felt). When the man at reception fixed it for us (it just needed the remote reconfigured to the AC unit), it sounded like a beat up old car choking on its own fumes. I decided to clean the filters which were PACKED with dust. Clearly had not been serviced in a very long time. This made all the difference and the AC worked perfectly afterwards. The shower pressure is great, but make sure the shower head is facing the wall when turning it on otherwise the water will go everywhere. The holder is very flimsy. Did not replace our soap the whole time so just used one tiny bar for 3 days. I tried using the hair dryer but it started smoking when I turned it on, a bit of a worry and a fire hazard. The pool is nice, although when going at night there were never any lights on, and most of them don’t work when turned on at the switch (if you can even find the switch). Overall, a very average stay for the price, definitely needs some maintenance.
