Vị trí tốt, phòng thiết kế kiểu cũ kỹ nhưng rộng, sạch sẽ. Tác phong nhân viên bình thường. Hồ bơi quá bẩn không bơi được. TV cũ không phải Smart tivi không xem được YouTube. Điểm mạnh là bữa ăn sáng ngon, nhiều món.

호텔 위치가 여행자거리에 위치하고 있어 매우 좋습니다. 호텔 역시 깔끔하게 유지되며 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 다음기회에 훼 놀러온다면 다시 방문하겠습니다.

비교적 저렴한 가격에 위치도 좋고 가격대비 가성비 최고입니다. 제가 좋와하는 식당이 맞은편에 있어서 좋왔고 방도 깨끗한 편입니다.

Un hôtel capable d'accueillir des groupes et des couples dans un quartier vivant. Une belle promenade à pied le long du fleuve pour rejoindre la cité impériale. Très bon petit déjeuner buffet.

Romance hotel - Hue: We stayed here for two nights in March 2025. Conveniently located in the heart of the Hue city, this Hotel was very clean; the staff very friendly and always smiling and the breakfast spread was generous! They made vegetarian fried noodles for us, on both the mornings of our stay, on our request. There were several attractions and eateries —-Indian, Italian etc nearby, and even small & big shops for buying souvenirs. A very good hotel and a very friendly staff, particularly Ms. Diem was very kind and sweet. The restaurant staff was also nice and caring.

The hotel is clean and in a good location, but is EXTREMELY loud. The rooms don’t have carpet so there is nothing to muffle sounds. Well past midnight we heard slamming cabinets and furniture screeching across the ground. This started up again before 6am. The “window” in the room just looks out into the hallway into this corridor spanning all the floors which doesn’t help with noise. Everything just echoes through there. If you are actually trying to get some sleep, this is not the place. The beds are old/lumpy/uncomfortable. They give you 3 tiny bottles of water.

It is our regret to know that you are not satisfied with your stay at our hotel because of the noise, so please let us to give our explanation per followings: First of all, we would like to reconfirm that we do not have any cleaning or clearing activities during that time which may affect guests’ sleeping time, so after receiving your feedback, we already double check with our team and find out in this morning, there are two groups in the same floor with your room must prepare to check-out early before 6am due to guests’ early flight, then this is maybe the reason for the noise this morning, we are so sorry about this. In regards the comment about bottles of water, as per hotel’s policy, we will set up 02 complimentary bottles of mineral water in the room for 02 guests per day, in this case, it is our Housekeeping’s mistake to set up 03 bottles (instead of 02 bottles). By the way, it is our pleasure to inform that beside free bottles of water set up in the room, we do have the free water station located right in the lobby for guests to refill their water to drink and to avoid using plastic to help in protecting our environment. Actually, these are unexpected issues, and it makes you unhappy when staying with us, then make us unhappy too, so we are really sorry for that and do hope for your understanding. Thank you again for your feedback, we already take it into consideration to enhance our facilities and improve our guests' comfort. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour ! La chambre et la vue sont incroyables ! Le personnel est adorable et l'emplacement est idéal ! Une piscine et un superbe buffet de petit déjeuner viennent sublimer le séjour ! Nous recommandons vivement !!

Très bien situé. Très bon accueil. Peu faire un effort sur le petit déjeuner.(alors qu’un excellent artisan boulanger français est installé à moins de 5mn à pied de l’hôtel) Personnel très souriant et bienveillant. Rue piétonne très animée le soir à proximité de l’hôtel

Hotel muito bom, bem localizado, perto de tudo como restaurantes, lojas etc. Ao lado tem um restaurante de comida vietnamita e outro de comida italiana. Quarto amplo e banheiro idem. Muito limpo. Roupa de cama e banho limpas e de qualidade. Café da manhã muito bom. Tem piscina na cobertura. Staff muito educado, prestativo e simpático. Recomendo

Heerlijke ruime kamer, licht, hele fijne douche en super fijne bedden. Maar vooral het personeel maakt het verschil. Aardig, attent en goed bezig met het uitoefenen van hun vak. Zowel bij de receptie, bar/restaurant kortom van mij krijgen ze een dikke 10.

Very nice and very friendly personel. Comfortable room with very good bathroomwith bath, separate shower and heated toilet. Restaurant is ok with good breakfast and nice view over the city. On tge ground floor there is a pleasant coffeebar/restaurant.

Très belle chambre et très bel hôtel avec des prestations confortables. Très grand lit et la salle de bain est magnifique, baignoire avec magnifique vue. Très bien situé il permet d'être au coeur de la ville. Je recommande cet hôtel pour passer un agréable séjour.

We got upgraded, so we were blown away at the views and layout of our room. While, we only stayed for two nights, we made great use of the services and facilities available to us. We were so impressed by the buffet, restaurant and pool! Sad to have to move on, as staff were always so friendly and kind. A really lovely place to stay 🙂
