順化整體比越南其他幾個城市都要乾淨，這家酒店也非常的乾淨工作人員送行李時還脱了鞋子，房間不大但非常法式感覺，價格非常划算還在房間送了水果盒床上放了花瓣很浪漫，早餐也很不錯，位置也非常好，去哪都很方便，步行到酒吧街，boat station都很方便，工作人員Ryan, Kelly, Thanh都非常的熱情和友好，逛了一上午很累不想出門，已經退房了在酒店休息，Kelly還幫我們點了外賣午餐，體驗非常好👍

Отличное место, рядом с улицей баров и набережной, отель находится в углублении и поэтому в нем тише.

Wir wurden sehr professionell, liebevoll  und respektvoll empfangen von Ruby and David.  Das ganze Personal ist sehr freundlich authentisch und es macht ihnen Spaß in diesem Hotel arbeiten. Das Zimmer ist vom Preis-Ausstattung mehr als angenehm, obwohl das Hotel auch schon etwas älter ist. Wir lieben es zu frühstücken und es war alles da was zu einem guten Start in den Tag dazugehört.

Localisation idéale : hôtel situé en plein centre mais dans une ruelle calme, à l'abri de l'agitation de la rue touristique non loin. Personnel très attentionné. Nous avons pu faire le check-in dans la matinée sans frais supplémentaires, ce qui a sauvé notre journée. Le late check-out, qui nous arrangeait, a également été possible moyennant 350 000 dongs. Jolie chambre avec des pétales de roses sur les lits et dans la salle de bain. De nombreuses propositions d'excursions aux alentours. Bon petit déjeuner, avec la possibilité d'avoir un Bun Bo Hue. La salle de bain fuyait un peu, mais comme souvent au Vietnam j'ai l'impression (sur une semaine, j'ai eu 3 hôtels boutique dont la douche ou la baignoire fuyait, dans trois villes différentes)

The hotel needs a major update. Helpful staff. The breakfast is not too fresh. We tried once, but not more. Location is excellent!

Very nice service on arrival...Ruby the receptionist quickly gave an overview and suggestions which was very helpful. Overall very satisfied with the room and breakfast, highly recommended boutique hotel, with just 17 rooms centrally located.

My recent stay at Scarlett Hotel exceeded all expectations. I booked a room for me and my friend after 5 years we meet and visit Hue around. The staff here truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized attention throughout my stay. Every interaction was met with professionalism and genuine hospitality. Special thanks to a jiejje whom gave me borrow her helmet in 2 days and a gege gave us borrow his iPhone charger at midnight. One more time, we’re really thankful to the concierge team for their invaluable recommendations and assistance 🙏

Der Service ist ausgezeichnet, das Zimmer ist wunderbar und das Hotel insgesamt perfekt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und es wird jedem Wunsch prompt nachgekommen. Wir wurden äußerst freundlich empfangen und sogar mit einem herrlichen Früchteteller verwöhnt, der die Standards vieler anderer 5-Sterne-Hotels übertrifft. Eine klare Empfehlung!

ชั้นสองห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นห้องน้ำ แต่ส่วนอื่นดีหมด ห้องน้ำเป็นแบบ shower ฝักบัว หารเดินทางไปตลาดแถวโรงแรมสะดวก ประมาณ300เมตร อาหารเช้าดีมาก แบบุฟเฟต์ ซุปเนื้อแบบบเวียดนาม ซุปถั่วแดง omelet อาหารพื้นเมืองแบบเวียดนาม รวมๆแล้วดี

Khách sạn nằm ở khu trung tâm, cạnh phố đi bộ, trong 1 hẻm tương đối, dĩ nhiên là không đậu được oto (gửi ở gần đó với giá khoảng 40.000đ, qua đêm, và khách sạn sẽ hỗ trợ bạn chi phí này, mình không lấy hỗ trợ). Nhân viên rất ổn, vui vẻ và tươi cười. Bữa sáng hợp lý, có thể chọn thêm món ngoài đồ ăn thông thường (bằng phiếu nhân viên đưa sẵn). Phòng hơi bé, nhưng đủ cho gia đình và 1 em bé như mình. Quay lại Huế sẽ là lựa chọn của mình trong danh sách khách sạn đáng chú ý.

The hotel is ok. The service is excellent and that's what makes it stand apart. The location overall is great, but it was difficult to find as it's in a back ally. Parking is on the street and you need to move the car in the middle of the night to avoid a parking ticket. We didn't try the breakfast as we had other plans, but the setup looked quite nice. The large bed is one that is actually 2 beds put together with a topper. This is a major issue. I understand why management would choose this as it provides more options to accommodate various guests, but the execution never works in any hotel. There's always a dip in the middle and the beds move apart in the middle of the night making sleeping a nightmare; we did not sleep well. This is also the first business (hotel, rest. etc.) that i have experienced in Vietnam that did not have a butt spray cleaner in the toilet area. We were disappointed with that. There is also a terrible cigarette smell in the hallways. It's par for the course for hotels in Asia to have this and I recognize the challenge hotels need to deal with; just unfortunate as the first impressions going up to the room were really effected by it. Cleaning the air and washing the carpets do help a little bit, but really the only way to overcome this is to replace the carpets completely and strictly enforce a no-smoking policy by the staff. Overall, the stay was ok. There is a lot of value for the money to be found here and the friendly staff are what really make the property worth a look, as is the convenience to the walking street for dinner and fun on the weekends.

Nice little boutique hotel with warm service! The room is clean with good sound proofing. The staff were super helpful to arrange breakfast, Motorbike renting and support the transit during your stay in Hue.
