Location was good. Rooms were big and spacious. TV reception was not the best as KBS channel was lagging. Hair dryer's socket was also abit bent. Not really expecting that from a 5 star hotel. Otherwise, breakfast spread was good and beds were comfortable. Would stay again.

Very nice hotel in a very central place. The service was good and we felt very comfortable. The pool and gym were very nice.

I recently stayed at Melia Vinpearl Hue during Typhoon Trami, and the hotel’s service recovery was outstanding. The staff handled the situation with incredible professionalism and care, ensuring that all guests felt safe and informed. They provided regular updates about the storm and took proactive steps to make sure we had everything we needed. Despite the extreme weather, the team kept a warm, welcoming atmosphere and went out of their way to provide in-room services and even arrange safe indoor activities to keep us entertained. Their dedication and commitment to guest safety and comfort made all the difference. Melia Vinpearl Hue truly excels in customer care, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hue!
