服務態度挺好，不過隔壁有一家酒吧營業到凌晨三四點，因此有一些房間會受到噪音影響。12點前聲音很響，12點以後酒吧的大門如果打開聲音就比較響，但大門會經常打開，所以……其他還可以。房型有些床靠頭的位置是類似地毯那種材質的，容易產生異味，反而低等級的木床的房間要更好一些。

第一次碰到網上預訂還需要補差價的，這酒店真是人才，要找補網上平台跟現實門店的差價，網上平台還是他們的到賬價格，墨跡了半天，我補了二十九萬多越盾。

I've picked this hotel before and had a good stay here. I originally booked the Signature Suite only because the Deluxe King River view was fully booked on several hotel booking platforms and i really wanted to stay here again. But found it too big (you can hold a big meeting in there) and too posh for just one person and would have been a complete waste of space on just one person alone. So I asked the reception Ms. Thao and Ms. Ly if there had any deluxe king river view room. And the 2 ladies were very accommodating to my requests... at the time I sure they were quite puzzled but were very pleasant and gracious nonetheless. And just nice too, because I learned that the very next day the larger room I had booked was home to a bigger group of guests... it was the right choice made to ask for a smaller room for myself. The location is excellent. Bed and pillows just the way I like it. Shower water pressure was strong. Good breakfast selection, great views, super clean and bright. Which is why i chose to stay in the Moonlight as my 2019 stay was simply amazing. Book early if you want rooms because the rooms with the river view do sell out fast though. Just right for all sorts of travellers who was a good stay in Hué.

The staff were amazing organised a special gift for my wife's birthday great service overall. We were in a great part of town walking distance to bars and shops, swimming pool is great views in the dining room are spectacular, Rooms were comfortable. thankyou.

Hotel ristrutturato ma non moderno Personale efficiente e pulizia accurata Servizio lavanderia puntuale Ristorante sul tetto al 14 piano con una vista bellissima Colazione ricca e sala fitness e piscina al 5 piano Purtroppo il rumore dei locali presenti sulla strada di fronte è incredibile anche stando all’ottavo piano!!! Infatti nelle dotazioni della camera troverete i tappi per le orecchie

L'hotel ha una bella vista sulla città peccato che la mia camera dava sulla strada dove c'è una musica assurda sino all'una di notte e si fa fatica a dormire. La camera aveva qualche problema (chiusura della porta, asciugacapelli) che parzialmente sono stati risolti. Il personale si è dato da fare ed è stato cordiale. Siamo stati due sera ed abbiamo cenato (cena non certo memorabile ma almeno sufficiente) e la colazione è stata sullo stesso livello della cena. La cosa più bella è la vista dai piani alti sulla città. Il WIFI andava a scatti e spesso si bloccava. L'hotel avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata magari insonorizzando le camere almeno verso l'esterno.

We really liked this hotel for our two-night stay, room was quite sufficient with a little table and 2 chairs (which you don't always find in smaller hotel rooms), and the staff was great, especially Thai Nam - very helpful and sweet! We would stay there again.
