Прекрасный отель. Номер чистый. Расположение рядом с набережной и в 10 минутах от императорского города. Можно арендовать мотобайк. Отзывчивый персонал, помогли решить все вопросы. Рекомендую.

Cũm bình thường :v Được cái vị trí trung tâm :v đi đâu cũng tiện. Có luôn xe máy cho thuê luôn, mấy bạn nhân viên rất nice.

Beyond expectations! Check in/out were breezy, and very kind and helpful receptionists, helped us with airport transfer with good price and some recommendations in this city. Hotel was modernly designed and decorated with quality fittings & furniture. It had sauna facility, no lift but staircase was enough for us. Loved the room, aircond was already on before our arrival which was a very nice gesture(it’s summer month). everything worked well and nicely designed, separate shower and toilet just not bright enough. Bathtub outside of shower room made the ambiance fancy and classy. Scooter rental available with good price, eateries and cafes around, no hassle. It’s highly competitive with the price we paid for this stay, low price with high quality. Thank you

A charming boutique hotel close to imperial city. Rooms were nicely decorated, though it was a bit dark. Staff were friendly and informative.

Cozy Boutique Stay at Hue We visited Hue only for 1 day and preferred Chum Hotel for its location, affordable price and modern facilities,l it did not disappoint. We arrived late and they had a receptionist and bellboy ready. We were greated with smiles.

Stylish and hip, great cafes and dining options nearby, very helpful staff….excellent value! Wish we could stay longer!

Great little hotel Lovely little hotel with nice decor and a comfy bed. Couple thing worth sharing: We chose a airy room with balcony which was at the front and therefore noisier than other rooms, had earplugs so we slept fine. It’s a quieter area but without earplugs I think I would’ve been disturbed by life on the street in the evening and early morning. The toilet is only separated from the room by a shower screen and curtain, bit odd and a privacy issue but as a couple it didn’t really bother us too much. There’s no breakfast and not much choice for a western type one in the area. Loads of coffee shops though! Would be great if there was an ‘order in’ option of fruit and croissants for people that have to head off early like us.

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location and with lovely staff

Cute boutique hotel with a lovely mezzanine room. The room was perfect with all the amenities you need. The hotel is located a pleasant 15-20mins walk from the Citadel and sightseeing places, and the same distance to the restaurants & bars of the bustling Hue bar street, in the opposite direction. However, there were several places to eat and grab a coffee right outside the hotel. There was a cute, and our fav, coffee place for Vietnamese egg coffee right opposite! The staff at the hotel were really lovely, welcoming and friendly. My only negative, was that there was no TV to watch, every was through Youtube but we weren't here to watch TV but to explore wonderful Hue. All in all the hotel was great and amazing value for money. We def recommend The Chum Boutique as a place to stay in Hue
