Such a hidden gem. The service was great and friendly. The owner even gave me a detailed map of Mt Huangshan and the trail routes and buses you should take. They do free drop offs to the scenic area. The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant food was amazing so I did not have to leave the hotel. There are a few restaurants, mini supermarkets nearby. They let me have a late check out as my train was not due to leave till later. Overall, it was a great stay. I am glad I'd picked this hotel.

Great service! The staff is super friendly and helpful in any situation. The food was great and the rooms were clean and beautiful.  Overall it‘s a great hotel and I recommend you to choose it for your trip to Huangshan.

Blown away by the design of the rooms, everything's very new & beautiful. We travelled during low season and got a room upgrade. It was too cold for the pool, but looked amazing. The staff helped us with planning our route for our Huangshan hike. The breakfast was alright (fixed dishes but a lot of them incl. Mantou, Corn, Congee,...) and prepared us well for the hike.

One of the nicest hotels I‘ve ever been to, great value for money! The 老板 is super nice, we got fresh fruits in the evening and an amazing breakfast in the morning! The hotel itself looks very new and the interior design is outstanding.

We had a great time at this bed and breakfast. The room was clean and well decorated, and the homestyle food was very good - we had it both days for breakfast and dinner. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful; they brought us to the bus station and did our laundry as well. Would highly recommend staying here if a room is available!

Beautifully designed hotel with many thoughtful touches, including fruit in the evening. The hotel owner was really friendly and helpful and helped us plan our itinerary, including dropping us off at the bus stop for Huangshan. The ducks and chickens were very cute.

Best hotel in huang shan! The place is nice, amazing, great architecture, clean. I had dinner there and the food is really good and tasty. I have a really pleasant stay here. Thank you for the upgrade :) The owner very helpful and kind. Highly recommended. Will come back again to stay here!

My partner and I chose to stay at The Bamboo Holiday at TangKouZhen. Absolutely amazed. They upgraded our room without extra charge and gave us plenty of information to help prepare for HuangShan hike. Frontline team was very attentive. A special mention to ZhiPeng, his recommendation for our night cap was very delicious! He even fired up the fireplace for us to relax. We would definitely return in the future.

The hotel is located in a great location for a Huangshan visit and is within a few minutes car ride from the South Gate. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They arranged transportation for us from Huangshan North train station with a short notice, and also gave us a free ride to Huangshan South Gate in the morning of our ascend. A clean and simple room. You can store luggage with them and return after Huangshan. A good experience with their local traditional Chinese breakfast included with the room.
